Im a slow jogger so this workout suited me. Going slow and smoth with the runs payed off later. Ppl who ran past me struggled alot with burpeepullups after a time. Also, not taking breaks is a great tip!
I like your video, great advice. I would like to give you just some helpful advice. Invest in something like Rode Wireless GO II wearable microphones. It is at times a little hard to hear. You can wear this even when you are working out.
