Thank you 😍 Glad to help you come up with some ideas.😊
What a beautiful studio you created!!!! You are my role model. One of my dream is to have a home pottery studio.
Wow, thank you! That would be great!
Im setting up my basement. Installing drywall and insulation. Lots of work but i won't have as much as you . Thank you and keep teaching.
That's great Allen. Thanks for sharing. Yes, it's a lot of work but so worth creating your own pottery crafting area 😍 You're welcome. Glad to help.
Awesome!!! Thank you very much. Congratulations!!!😍😍😍 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Geeze now I have to clean my studio
OK, Dave. Now that's funny 😃😄😂😀 I think pottery studios are one of the hardest areas to keep clean. Especially when your working with darker clays 😊
Wow, Marie! This was a really fun and informative video to watch! And you certainly were left some nice things from the kiln fairy! Thanks again, as always! Someday I would love to meet you in person and thank you for all that I have learned and continue to learn from you. Thank you again for your marvelous website, your UA-cam videos, and your patient, clear, and wonderfully kind way of sharing what you have learned with everyone!
Thank you so much, MaryJean😍 It's because of wonderful viewers like you that makes me love what I do. Thank you again for all your support. 😊
it has become a very enjoyable workshop to work with. I wish you a pleasant working day, dear Marie.🥰
Thank you! You too! Wishing you a wonderful 2021 😍
🤗I also wish a good year to all of us and the whole world
Thank you so much Kiran😍
Thank you for sharing. I love pottery and am working on incorporating the craft into my life more. I will need to convert my small space into some sort of studio. This gave me some ideas. Love your personality and teaching style. Hope to find cookies in my kiln someday:)
Thank you so much 😍 That is wonderful. I'm glad I could help give you some ideas for your pottery area😊
When do you know it’s time to invest in a wheel and supplies …. Then down the road a kiln .. week 2 of my pottery class and I’m hooked .. I would like to practice outside of the studio hours but not sure if it’s overkill to invest in a wheel .
That great. I was hooked right away. You may want to invest in a smaller wheel first Here is a review on my cheap one. I mainly use it for trimming. And here is a table top one. ua-cam.com/video/rYm9MvYz_Cc/v-deo.htmlsi=EF5IqWEg3lwOqnvu ua-cam.com/video/O38FYDxVR4Y/v-deo.htmlsi=4trhAG0q2HCwLrt9 Once you you know you will be throwing for many many years I would invest in a larger wheel. Back in the day I got a wheel right away because I was terrible at centering and needed more time practicing. 😊 Welcome to the wonderful world of crafting pottery. if you have any questions feel free to ask. Here is post that will help you select the the tools you will need potterycrafters.com/recommended-tools-hand-tools/
Thank you and thanks for the links !
wow....about how long ( real time) does it take to put it up?? It make me appreciate even more the time you take to make these videos. I do recommend them.
Thank you Adhis 😍 It took me around 3 hours. Yes, it does take a little longer to put videos together because of the nature of pottery making but helping my viewers like you makes it totally worth it.😊
I currently have my wheel and everything else in the garage. I was planning to bring everything upstairs but the room has carpet. Since it’s getting cold and more natural light. What can I put down to protect the floor? Thank you for all the great videos!
You can put down a roll of vinyl flooring. You can get it at home depot or lowes they have rolls for a good price. That's what I use. 😊
I’ve done the same it’s much more easier than have a separate studio.
It is much eaiser 😍 Thanks for sharing.
What are you unrolling to cover the wooden floor? Thanks!
good question 😊 It is a precut sheet of Vinyl Flooring 12ft. by 8 ft. that I got at Home Depot. It works great wipes up easy and protects the wood floor.
@@PotteryCrafters Thank you very much!
You do this every time you make pottery....?
Good question Teresa. No, I do it at least once a year to keep everything clean and organized 😊
😘😘😘
Thank you 😊
