Thanks so much for watching! Hope you've found this helpful (even if you're not a coach, but another type of service-provider!). Let me know below: how do you feel about giving a potential client time to think about it? Or how do you feel if someone you're considering working with pushes you to make a decision right NOW?
I loved this video so much! As a new coach I've been feeling really confused about marketing as there's some pretty questionable tactics being taught and I've paid for courses to get to the end and felt really uncomfortable with the marketing techniques. This was super helpful though thank you Iris! xoxo
YES, it's exactly THOSE questionable tactics that I'm talking about in this video. Sounds like you've already come to this conclusion, but please don't use them if they make you feel really uncomfortable. A little bit of uneasiness because you're out of your comfort zone is okay, but doing something that just doesn't feel right isn't okay - but you know that I"m sure!! Pleased this video was helpful! x
4:23 I love thatI love the idea of asking myself "what could I have done different?" " What could I have done different?" Love the way you present, great video. Love your accent too!
This is such a valuable video!! I am planning to become a coach, so thank you for the tips! Also if I was a potential client I would really respect if my potential coach would give me time to think and not rush me, I've had instances where a sales person (with 500k subscribers) would push a paid private group service after I was just being nice and simply complimenting them on Instagram, they were super nice to me until I said no and then started ignoring me, it was really upsetting 😭
YES - these kind of experiences are exactly what I'm talking about! Sorry you had to experience that. Such a shame that some people / business still take that aggressive approach. It IS really upsetting, and so not what coaching should be about. What type of coaching are you planning to become?
