So you’ve made me realize that deciding to study or deep dive something and discovering it’s not your thing isn’t a fail, it’s a discovery! And why continue to study something you’re not liking when there are so many things to study that you do like!
I wanted to pop in here and thank you again for the reading you did for me over the summer on your UA-cam channel. Your words have become my mantra as I create content - Do I want my creative voice to be harmonic or melodious? It definitely constituted a win for me as the recipient - so thank you so much! ❤
If you decide to explore lenormand more , Lozzy's Lenormand Card Combos is a really great class not expensive and shows you how it all can be expanded on while retaining tradition. She is an excellent instructor and makes it all click. I also think it will work good while doing Lisa's study.
I really enjoyed this talk, I started this year with your video series decan walk s Super interesting and I really appreciate what you did here. On the other hand, I also like to make puzzles, I left it for a while but I want to finish a mini 1000-piece puzzle that has given me headaches.I also prefer journals over agendas/planning stuff (it's less frustrating in my head if I don't finish something) 😆 Gracias y saludos!!
Hello Marlene. While watching your video I did a review of my practice. What works for me, what hasn’t,and the whys for both. Maybe at some point in the future I may revisit certain decks or practices, however; I came to the understanding that if I am not drawn to something, it is okay. Certain esoteric practices I have no interest in.They just don’t resonate with me. Also, they can get in the way. I pick and choose what I can incorporate into my current practice, at this point in time. I am a minimalist at heart.I am the person who more often drags things that are in my way, or not useful, to the curb. So it is no surprise that I do the same with my tarot, and spiritual practice in general. I am not incurious, or close- minded. I love going down rabbit holes. I think that exploring and learning new things make life all the more interesting. Thanks so much for the video. It is interesting how we go down different paths, but maybe not so different after all.😊
Do you think setting goals played into your tarot burnout? Feeling pressured to perform?? Maybe we need an Alchemy study group? I keep dipping my toe in and end up getting distracted. Maybe it needs to be a shared experience with discussion. 😊
Lol... yeah. UA-cam can make you feel like you have to do things like your friends. We don't. I have tried doing the planner thing, and I thought it would be a helpful arty practice, nope. It was just hard. Digital, absolutely no. I have random notebooks that I write in when I want. I got Benebell's planner again this year, but I am just going to do it the way I do (or don't) with stuff I need to remember ad hoc, when I need it. I'm doing a strange thing because I ran away from home. So a lot of my collection is still in Washington... what do I really want bad enough to have it sent to me? We'll see. I am doing #tarotadvent and digging into Motherpeace, I got in a lot from Honey-Lou. I don't know... I might not really like the deck, but in the end, I will really know why. #decanwalk was something new for me, and I loved it. Total win. I did #toptarottrumps this year, and it has been really interesting. Congratulations on the reading. That is such a healthy habit to get back into!
I love that you do your own thing. I feel like over the last few years tarot and this channel has allowed me to try things out and discover more about myself. It’s nice to be able to do that. Thanks for watching!

I am excited for more on qabalah and Thoth!
Ooh great idea! Thank you for being here. I hope to make more content on those topics in 2025.

Good question! I don’t think so. I think it was just time for a break after three solid years of being so consumed with one special interest.

Right. That’s a journal style or something. I’ve seen some videos about it.
i love your decan walk series, but am so crushed that you didn't do libra 3 (obviously mine)
I’m glad you liked it. Yeah, it was the only one I skipped. I needed the break.
