Excellent overview on MSA. A very important tool for any company. Ive done many of these and its always eye opening when you actually see just how good (usuallly bad) your measurement system really is to measure something and then you can work on fixing it with better training or tooling/gages. Keep up the good work

At 18:50, when you talk about Repeatability, I believe you should have said "Can one person, using "different" gages measure the same part consistently"? Please correct me if I am wrong.
Repeatability is when one operator uses the same gage to measure the same part at several times. I hope it clear now

Hello Anjali,
NDC represents the number of groups your measurement tool can distinguish from the data itself.
The higher this number, the better it is. For example, if youโre using a Micromter which reads in .010โณ, you may consider using an indicator which can reads in .001โณ atleast (1/10 Rule).
When the number of categories is 2, the data can be divided into two groups, say high and low.
When the number of categories is 3, the data can be divided into 3 groups, say low, middle and high.
A value of 5 or more denotes an acceptable measurement system
