I love making these❣ They are addicting to make. I have lots and don't know what to do with them all 😀 I also love to make the type of fabric flowers that are singed with a candle or lighter.

I started making JJ's and getting stuff made and these are super cute. Hubby found some fabric I had put up that will be great for this. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR GREAT IDEAS.

Pinking shears are great for making carnation flowers. Pink one edge, and layer 3 gathered strips that are a bit narrower than the lower strip, so that the edges are more distinguishable.

Gi, I love everything you make ! Can’t stop watching you. I make these flowers too. When the ribbon or lace I gathered is a little too long, rather than have a large hole in the middle, I spiral the strand around and capture the starting end thru the middle and pull it tight. You get a whole different looking flower that swirls and is ruffled all the way into the center

About how long do we cut the fabrics?
I do about 6-8 inches. If they are to small or to big add or subtract an inch. Hugs Gi x

Just use what you have, that's the fun of it lots of different size fabric flowers. Hugs Gi x
