I'm so glad I've just found this video! I'm using material from donated bras, to make cards to raise money for UK breast cancer charities, and trying to think of how I can use the tiny scraps... these beautiful flowers are perfect, thank you
I started making JJ's and getting stuff made and these are super cute. Hubby found some fabric I had put up that will be great for this. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR GREAT IDEAS.
I love making these❣ They are addicting to make. I have lots and don't know what to do with them all 😀 I also love to make the type of fabric flowers that are singed with a candle or lighter.
LOVE this tutorial. I'll have to see what I have in my small stash and see what I can create. This is my type of crafting. Love it! Stay Safe and thank you for sharing. Hugs.
Have you ever done or would you consider doing a little tour of your craft room? I love your tutorials and your work and would love to see the space you work in!
Gi, I love everything you make ! Can’t stop watching you. I make these flowers too. When the ribbon or lace I gathered is a little too long, rather than have a large hole in the middle, I spiral the strand around and capture the starting end thru the middle and pull it tight. You get a whole different looking flower that swirls and is ruffled all the way into the center
I was sorting in my Craftroom today and I was looking at all my scraps, thinking what I can make, and Gi our Fairy Godmother in Crafting comes up with the answer! Beautiful, thank you Gi!
Thank you so much Gi, I really really enjoyed watching you create these amazing and gorgeous little flowers 🌸 they’re really really cute and so lovely to use in our projects. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Pinking shears are great for making carnation flowers. Pink one edge, and layer 3 gathered strips that are a bit narrower than the lower strip, so that the edges are more distinguishable.
Hi Gi. Love those flowers. Mine don’t look like yours, when I make them. From what I could tell, I make the like you. I’m going to have to pay attention to how you make yours and how I make mine, to see what I’m doing wrong. TFS🌻🦋

About how long do we cut the fabrics?
I do about 6-8 inches. If they are to small or to big add or subtract an inch. Hugs Gi x
Any length I guess or is there amount that is best please
Just use what you have, that's the fun of it lots of different size fabric flowers. Hugs Gi x
