You are doing these domolitions in a very dangerous way putting not only your own life in danger but the lives of others too. The best way to take down the dam would be to creat a slipway at the side from the top lowering the level of the water and then working it all the way to the bottom emptying the dam gradually before dismantling the rest.
Doesn't anyone root for the beavers? In many drought plagued areas of the U.S., beavers have been brought in deliberately and the restoration of the original habitat is absolutely amazing.
I root for them when they're in the right places, generating reservoirs, cycling the local vegetation, and replenishing the water table where it's desperately needed. I don't root for them when their constructions clog man-made waterways to the point of causing serious negative impact on farmland and drying out the areas downstream of the dams. I think it's a fair compromise to remove the dams periodically while leaving the beavers unharmed. They're not malevolent, just doing what their instincts tell them to do.
Please name these "many drought plagued areas" where beavers are deliberately brought in and what are the "amazing original habitat"? I think you are making up stories.
@@redwitch12maybe people shouldn't live in the beaver habitat? They were there thousands of year before man was...how bout instead we let the loose and create a better landscape
I much rather watch a Lithuanian man take out beaver dams than watch Disney try pushing its woke stuff onto us. Just a dude and his mission to take down beaver dams and save others a lot of money by doing so. Doing a great service to his community is much more rewarding anyways.
Wow! Beaver really like to play in the mud and grass along with rocks put in the mix! Love your methods to making the dams collapse! Thank you!!!💖💖💖😂😂😂✨✨✨
Fantastic work with the drone. It gives us a sense of what is happening with the water. I can't wait to see more drone view collapse. Thank you for all the improvements and consideration that you have for us viewers. Even the ones who complain, too much, you try very nicely to explain the necessity of your work, and you do it w grace. Hopefully that helps them understand.
Why did you remove the dam? Now the whole riverbed will have a trickle of water only. I would understand if the dam was causing road erosion, but this one seemed beneficial.
Can’t help but feel sorry for the beavers, such industrious creatures. They don’t have easy lives and this will make survival difficult for them. Interesting video.
Thanks so much for your fantastic videos! I know you like feedback & I wanted to say that firstly the drone footage of the collapse was amazing! Secondly I really enjoy when you chat about the dam structure and the level of difficulty- it really adds to your already fantastic footage 😊
Well, that was a first step, releasing all that water. The amount of mud behind the dam being carried by the current was clearly visible. Great job. Now we wait for part 2, when you come back.
This was epic for sure and it was wild watching the bubbles and mud flowing up from the front of the dam floor and the collapse was huge and the amount of water was incredible and this was one of your very best videos ever made so thank you so very much for sharing this with us all!!! The drone shot was amazing!!!
Wow that was great. As you said it was all mud and grass and very difficult to knock down. But you persevered and soon bubbles of surrender came up. Nice video, thanks.
You had to go that extra mile on this dam,you put a lot of work into getting it to collapse.great collapse.great footage, great video, great job.your efforts paid off.just keep on doing your thing.going to be hitting that 100k soon.be safe 😎😎😎👍👍👍
What a great collapse! Kudos to the beavers also, providing you with such a wonderful clay dam. The collapses get better each time. Now even with drone shots.🤜🤛🏽👍
Because proper flow of water is important for the fields soil moisture levels as well as it could possibly be leading to a reservoir of some sort, point is, the water probably shouldn't be impeded like this, also I just remembered that if water stops and sits like this for long enough it can change direction of flow and destroy other parts of the landscape
Wish I had a property with a beaver dam. The fishing and wild life are amazing. I understand they can't exist everywhere in all situations. But they do serve many purposes.
OMG this was an amazing collapse!!! Your hard work really paid off, Mantas. This very well may be the best one you've ever done. Although, you have done many great dam collapses. I bet the part that wouldn't wash away weighed 5 tons. At least! Excellent job. Keep it up my Friend! 👌👌👍👍
OMG, I was just thinking about this the last time I watched one of your videos. I thought that if you could get a drone shot of a collapse, it would be epic. IT WAS. As I’ve said before, you are the master.
Absolutely brilliant one of the top 10 removals, just a bit too heavy for it to collapse all the way ,if the beavers are coming back that quickly you will be removing the dams for a long time yet. Well done keep up the great work 😊😊

The best dam collapse ever you've filmed, the whole dam destroyed in one flow, awesome job bro
11:00 you're welcome
Wow, wow, wow. Everything you said before. I saw the bobbles appearing upstream before the collapse. Excellent work.
Great roll over looked like a huge log rolling down the canal. Thanks for sharing.
The beavers must be watching your channel. They are creating harder and harder dams to bring down. Great video and collapse. Thank you.
In their eyes this is pure vandalism
It was amazing how the dam rolled over a twisted to face downstream
The water power pushing against it is tremendous 👏 👌 💪 👍
Great job, Manthis
Another great video Mantas, the collapse was incredible. The drone capture was impressive.
That was a sweet rollover and shows just how thick that mud is. Great job

Superb filming especially seeing the water not flooding down stream! Excellent!

You truly are a Master at this providing a valuable service.
Magnificent achievement both in your art and your knowledge of these dams.
You are going to work hard to beat this one it was fantastic. With the drone we got everything GREAT job.
A real dirt mover! The way the entire dam just slid down stream was nice!
Wow 😮! That was alot of hard work the dam first seemed too solid to collapse but you saw it threw. What a beautiful collapse. Thank you 😊
you think tearing it down was work, think about the beaver that built it.
I appreciate your determination! That's the biggest dam I've seen on any channel!!!
