The confusion is because its Key's voice and you just saw him being a flight attendant. Usually the captain wouldn't be seating people so you automatically assume to intercom voice is the flight attendants, not the captains.

@@nourchame019 Business people do it to save money to get a house later on in life. It is cheaper compared to an apartment. In a hotel it cost on average $1200 a month and you get usually everything that you normally have to pay separate bills for in a apartment(lights, water, Cable, Internet, Toilet Paper, etc). Just rent for an apartment cost $900 on average and after utilities and food comes to about $1400 or higher.

Continental Breakfast is my favourite sketch ever. The way 'Continental' has been used for decades to describe the most meagre of breakfasts as if it's something special and to then pair it with the Shining, it's absurdity about absurdity.

It's not free. Its included in the $100+/night stay. It would be free if you could come in off the street and eat it without paying them.
The reason it's called a continental breakfast is to differentiate it from an English breakfast or American breakfast, a continental breakfast being more in line with what people ate on continental Europe.

Love the reference to “Citizen Kane” made in 1941. How he perceives life in such an optimistic way being a guy with the soul of a upbeat fellow from the 40s makes this absolutely a great masterpiece.
"rosebud" represents his loss of innocence and the last time he was truly happy which is now the very moment of bliss. he enjoyed being showered with blessings; having that appreciation for all things big or small

I love the way key gets all these little micro expressions and micro gestures perfect for each role he plays, like during the opening sequence here.
I did this same exact shit when I was in the Navy. Had to take a flight from Chicago and was in the Whites. My seat was the last seat in the back left. Stewardess came over, asked what I was doing back there, went and talked to the captain, and he upgraded me to first class. I was 20. I was in awe when I sat down. Stewardess came and asked me what I wanted to drink, I said a coke. The guy sitting next to me whispered, "the liquor is free." She came back and from that point on was nothing but Jack. What a beautiful flight.

When I was in the US Army about 15 years ago, somebody gave me their 1st class seat for a connection flight while I was going on leave during deployment. And I behaved exactly like this guy lol. It was amazing.
Out of the 50+ flights I’ve been on, and hundreds of hours of flying, that 90min ride in first class is the most memorable lol.
This character needs to host a morning tv show, it would be lovely to start a day with this dude's optimism.

When I was little, the first episode I ever saw of The Twilight Zone was called “Nightmare At 20,000 Feet” basically about a man who keeps seeing this creepy creature on the wing of his plane... love how they paid a lil homage to that toward the end of the sketch!!
