A gym is not needed at first since the regular push up and sit up will get the individual going. After the basic workout standards have been met, a gym might be needed (if more weight than the body weight is needed).
Great feedback! You’re right. It doesn’t take much to get started. We have some gym discounts for Prime Drivers listed on our website here: driverhealthandfitness.com/program-resources/
Not even i have a back pack as I'm losing weight I'm replacing it with metals plates just haven't figured out how to do this with pikes or hand stands which I start on Monday also works good for farmers walks and curls after the beer bug I'll never be relying on anyone for services
And for anyone curious my in truck gym cost was approximately $65.00 I had my metal plate from my old 80s golds gym set up at home Perfect multi gym/ pull up bar was $15 Load lock was free Gymnastics rings was $40 Backpack was $10 At that you can't get a one year gym membership that being said it's not just about physical health it's also about mental health and self efficiency and to add for what I use to pay for food for a week out on the road my truck is now stock for 4 to 6 weeks and much healthier options
I have two 50lbs adjustable dumbbells and a flat weight bench. The weight bench is just the right size because I can turn it sideways in front on my bed so I can do step ups. Now I just have to work on my diet....lol.. HELP
I went from a light to a full size added a extra freezer a pull up bar and Olympic rings was at 270lbs in November weighed out at 270lbs yesterday high protein and high fiber vegetables no carbs no sugar only cheated at home for Christmas 😊 Oh and replacing the the weight I've lost by adding some old metal weights into a backpack
@@92LancerEvo there are two way with the freightliner 1st option is a door model bar hung off the top bunk with a racket strap hooked to the two pins that hold the bunk when it's put up 2nd option is to measure over the top of the two cabinets and cut down a load lock to fit I can explain in further detail if you need Also will be adding a set of gymnastic rings to the 2nd option when get home great for dips and rows And push ups right now I do my push ups squats and pikes outside regardless of the weather the rings will change that
Thank you...
