Thank you Alex! Awesome videos! Can you help me find the glass rod in this video? I have searched Lew's and other sites. I might just be missing it. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks for sure. My lake we go to most weekends couldn't spell grass! Lol. Its all rocks, bluffs, and old, old flooded timber...and a TON of pleasure boat traffic from April to October. I like the walking bait and usually stick to a soft swimbait, a fluke variation, and a drop shot. Those are on my deck for sure. I need to add a crankbait... but I say that every year. I've also said that about a shad colored heavy spinnerbait but I've yet to catch anything at Greers Ferry on either of those. At home (3 hours away) we have grass lakes, creeks, and ponds so I'll add in some of your other choices. I grew up fishing those traditional spots...its sire been a learning curve the last couple years getting used to deep, clear, no grass, and getting off the water by 10 AM to not fight the pleasure boaters. But hey, my wife likes to take our tritoon and go tubing and stuff...so it's a morning fish, rest of the day pleasure boat so I can't complain. Thank you again, I've watched this 'fall tackle box' a few years now. Good stuff.
I hope to really get on a walking bait bite this year . There has been one day last year and that was it where they really ate it well . I actually went out just earlier and bought a 7-9 dobyns fury small swimbait A rig rod and a super duty to throw some Alabama rigs for the first time. Excited to see how that goes . We are getting down into the 60s and this weekend the 50s at night all ready . That transition is here for us all ready . Just always hard to think it this time of year because drill 80s during the day .
Great video. I'm 15 mins from Douglas, I love a bone colored spook during the fall on Douglas and Norris. I lost my dad and life long fishin buddy 5 months ago today, due to a terrible 4 wheeler accident. There is no replacement for him, but I would like to have someone to fish with. We should hit the water sometime!
This video is the 1st one of yours that I've seen. AWESOME just doesn't say enough about this video 💪👏🙌👍🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'M IN north Georgia and the timing⏳was perfect for going in to those Fall fishing patterns. Well then, now I have some serious FALL rig ups to work it this LATE SUMMER AND THROUGHOUT THE FALL 🤗. THANKS for all the excellent info. You did a BRAVO job of explaining everything. Thanks again!👍
This was very helpful. I recently decided to give fishing a try. I bought a Zebco 33 and a couple of shallow water crank baits to get me started. I didn’t want to spend a lot until I decide if I will stick with it. I don’t have a boat so just bank fishing. I live in southeast Alabama along the Chattahoochee River. Plus there are several lakes within an hours drive. There is a lot of grass on the river banks so you have given me a couple of good ideas for bait. New subscriber and I’ll check out your content. Thanks!
Fall fishing, doves, bucks, slicks (that’s a doe for you Yankees), turkey & bows! My favorite time of the year! Good video sir. Tight lines, true arrows, and God Bless.
I heavily fish with bladed jigs, but I tested at one spot with spinnerbaits during this early fall. Fish did not take bladed jigs, but spinnerbaits and underspins. Since then, I setup both bladed jigs and spinnerbaits. Spinerbaits were long forgotten by me, but I now understand there are clear usages for them and they are coming back to my box. I wonder if there are rods that can handle both lures at once.
Fish the jackhammer all year long. It’s the best all around bait really thumps more effectively than the cheap version. The camo blade and the bait keeper are must haves.
Awesome video thanks for the fall fishing suggestions we cant wait to try these out for our first time bass fishing in the fall. I was wondering is the ned rig also a good fall fishing technique?
Great video man! Square bill is where it’s at for me. Any suggestions on kayak rod set ups to make sure all these lures can be thrown on just a few rods?
Links for all the gear are linked in my description 👆🏻

Man that Spro Rock crawler ROCkS! Thanks so much for clueing me in my friend
👊🏻
Dark colors on sunny days and opaque on cloudy days make perfect sense. Thanks for adding that! Let’s slay them this fall!
I mean straight wreck them!
You gotta do a video with Tim and Matt now that they're in your area.

It’s still 100+ here. 85 I’d be thinking about wearing a sweater lol
Let’s hope it cools down soon!
I look forward to this video every year! My favorites are the vision 110+1 and the rage craw!
Sweeeeet Fall Tackle Box 📦 Selection Alex 😎👍

I am so sorry for your loss.
I love pop in frog, weightless sanko, and a super fluke underspin combo.
First time viewer, great video. I guess I need to go back and watch them from the beginning.
I really enjoy your one tackle box videos Alex -- Thanks man!
+1 For glass cranking rod with bladed baits - I'm using a 7'4" Daiwa Tat Elite Glass - keeps em pinned.
Nice to hear tips from a fellow East Tennessean about the lakes I actually fish🙏🏼
Heck yeah man! Thanks for watching!
@@AlexRuddFishing thanks for the content brother 💪🏼

Alex I have learned so much from you. Shit that actually works not just sounds good.
That’s the plan man! I want to give you tools that are what you need to catch fish.
Good stuff. And folks, learn the snell knot for those flippin' hooks.
Awesome job Alex,it’s coming and I can’t wait ❤️👊
For sure!
Man that was a great video, I love your style of fishing. All those baits I like to throw and you have been killing it with that wacky set up.
Thanks for watching!
Great job thanks for sharing and explaining baits and how they can be used
I don't know where you are, but it's gonna be a good time in middle Tennessee creeks.
Just in case you want to give that box away with everything inside, I would definitely take it...😁😁😁
Sweet channel dude. Frogs and spooks are hard to beat in the best time of the year. Donkey rig is a fun one too
My frog and popper have been killin it lately
Thank you Alex! Crushed it.

“Better have a frog in your box if your going frog fishing” FACTS 😂💯 thanks bro new subscriber
Hollow body frog! 🔥🔥🔥
Fall fishing, doves, bucks, slicks (that’s a doe for you Yankees), turkey & bows! My favorite time of the year! Good video sir. Tight lines, true arrows, and God Bless.

First time here, great video!
Finally getting some low 70s and 60s here in the Midwest woohooo!

You forgot the swim jig. Love your channel keep um coming!
That is a sweet box of baits great choices
Thanks bud!
Hello Alex, I love the Lew's banner. Your kayak is nice as well. Was introduced to you through Rick, thanks Rick! Keep it up bro!
The one box to rule them all! 💍
Great video Alex!
Thanks for the info... So needed this🎣🎣
Another great vid Alex👍Great suggestions although I'll be adding the Jerkbait:) Keep slaying!
Yes!
Going to rig some up tomorrow and have them in the boat ready to go!!
Heck yes!
Thank you for the tips, my uncle fishes the same waters as you
Nice Informative video man, gonna try those baits down here in central Fl this fall
Number 1 channel on all of UA-cam !! Proud to be a Rudd Rat !
Heck yes! 🐁🐀
That J walker top water bait is what I am planning on getting next tackle trip. Looks like a great bait and sounds like an awesome rattle.
Hit the link in my bio and order through TW
The 🐸 of course the bight is incredible
Will be my first fall fishing so thanks for the vid.
Hope you smash them man!
Hey cuz, great vids! Been fishing Mid Tennessee for about the last year. See you on the water sometime!
Good list of stuff. Thanks!
Great content! Thank you for the vid.
Great video, I lost a 10 pounder yesterday which sucks
Gah!
You up for a fishing day, I'm from Nashville and would love the opportunity to spend a day on Chickamauga learning from you.
My Favorite Lure for the fall is probably a Texas rig worm
Subscribed , great channel for honest tips etc !
Thanks for the support!
Awesome video! 👍
Awesome content as always Alex
Thanks bud!
I love those rails I got four of them that lose pole looks like a pool stick
The Strike King Lucky Shad is a big player for me in the Fall.
Yes! It’s so good. That’s why we put it in the Monsterbass box this month.
Enjoy these vids. Helped me immensely. What weight for punching from the bank would you recommend?
Fish the jackhammer all year long. It’s the best all around bait really thumps more effectively than the cheap version. The camo blade and the bait keeper are must haves.
love it....only thing I would add to mine is a Pointer or KVD jerkbait and a fluke.
Absolutely! Depending on how my lakes set up that’s a great option.
Not a Hunter. But I Feesh that Spinner in the Fall!
Number 100 likes . Digging that hat AR . Keep up the good work.
Love the Fall single box recommendations Alex. Would you make any changes for a bank fishing one tackle box?
I would stay away from the rock crawler. It’s going to dive into that 10-15’ range. I can see that being tough for bank fishing.
Alex Rudd Fishing thank you
What all would you recommend for fishing east Cherokee lake for bank and kayak right now?
Best time of year
No popper? Whattt🤯😂 nice video brother.
Good video Alex
My favorite fall fishing baits is ned rigging and jerkbaits
Heck yes!
🐸 rules!!
Honey! Alex just sent me a shopping list!
And it’s all linked in the description for ease! 👊🏻😂
im new and i love the lipless in the fall
Hey Alex I was wondering do you do a winter fishing gear video it would be awsome.
For sure!
Thanks so much I subscribed and liked I really do like this video it's really good information
thats awesome.
New sub from north Ga man ..
I always all year around have a old school Rebel Pop R lined up..
Such a good bait!
I love my spro I got probably 15 of the rock crawlers in my boat .
Cant wait for fall!!! Its 113 here!!!
Phew 🥵
And fires on our ridge. Hot and smokey here in fresno cali🤮
I feel like square bills and crank baits work about all year round. Bout the most successful tackle I've had
They are good almost all year long. That fall bite though is when the bigs show up!
West Tn checking in.
love your channel, SUBBED!
I'm just starting to get in to Bass fishing . I live in Philadelphia looking for areas for fishing and what baits to use .
Just subbed, been a tough fall transition for me but on your frogs do you slightly bend the hooks up for better hooksets?
I don’t. I’ve never seen a reason for it.
Awesome video thanks for the fall fishing suggestions we cant wait to try these out for our first time bass fishing in the fall. I was wondering is the ned rig also a good fall fishing technique?
Absolutely! Ned rig is good all the time.
I like your video
Im vibing with your selection, but no lipless!? A rattle trap is the first lure I think of when I think of fall
You could absolutely throw in the box. For me it’s a bait that seems to work better then we get into winter.
Great video man! Square bill is where it’s at for me. Any suggestions on kayak rod set ups to make sure all these lures can be thrown on just a few rods?
I use the same rods in the kayak as I do the boat so I can’t really say. A 7-7’3 MH could about everything but the punching set up.
Alex Rudd Fishing I have way too many on the boat... so picking only 5 or so for the kayak is tough.
Oh lort, dem views are rolling! 🎬🎬🎬
