✨ PLEASE READ THIS ✨ Hello everyone! ❤️ I have created a WhatsApp group dedicated to helping you on your path toward Awakening, understanding non-duality, and providing support for each other along the way. I'm not a guru or teacher who will instruct you. I am not better or higher than you. We are all here to help one another; we are a community. During my own journey toward Awakening, I needed to connect with someone who had realized his true nature, to guide me and answer my questions. This group is created for that purpose. We can share our experiences, insights, and questions about this profound path, you can add friends, family, colleagues.. who seek the truth. Feel free to reach out directly through this link: chat.whatsapp.com/CD0fF0wDYnwAWoknOMI3el if you have any questions, need guidance, or simply want to chat. MUCH LOVE ❤️ Tony
Being a non native english speaker, the word 'I am' only penetrates the upper layer of my mind. I think it would be more impactful if you repeat on your own mother tongue? 🤔 while you medidate🧘♂️ it's hard to separate. Are you a statue or an alive being? lol. How are you able to exhale so long? My deep breathing is so short. Can we longer it through practice?
Hey, yes, it’s better to repeat “I AM” in your native language. It is, of course, more potent and impactful. I believe that I have improved my inhaling and exhaling through sports. You can lengthen it with any cardio activity. Much love, brother♥️
Does that mean, dear Tony, that when the mind activity doesn't stop or "i" can't / fail to stop it, "i" can't meditate / meditation cannot happen? That's at least what "i" am hearing you say at the beginning of the video... Or is that what the mind makes out of it?
Dear Parvaji, Sorry for the delayed response. Meditation is simply the cessation of the activity of the mind and resting as beingness itself. Simply be. The “I” cannot find inner peace; in the absence of “I,” inner peace reveals itself. So true meditation is “being” without a doer, simply presence. There is no Parvaji who tries to meditate; there is simply pure presence, which is you.♥️
@@Tony_Ningam Well, my dear, i guess it's just a question of definition. When i listen to Rupert (Spira), i hear that basically pure (conscious) being IS meditation. Which means that basically we are in meditation 24/7. With the mind being active or not. My experience is that whenever you try to un_do something (like the monkey like running of thoughts), in other words trying to sup_press it, the stronger it tries to find it's way back into ex_pression. Pressure - > counter pressure Or Action (of suppression) - > expression But who knows. Or maybe rather WHO (if anybody in there? 🤪) cares... 👻 So enjoy and have a delicious day from Parva @ Munich
