- 金沢へ旅をしてきました。行きは羽田空港からANAのプレミアムクラスで、帰りは北陸新幹線のグリーン車を利用します。12月を選んで金沢へ行きますが、これは香箱蟹を食べたいが故です。香箱蟹は本ズワイ蟹のメスですが、漁期が11月～12月と短いので食べられる期間が短いですね。12月なので天候は全く期待できない分、訪れる場所を絞って金沢の味を楽しみます。
I went to Kanazawa. I flew in ANA Premium Class from Haneda Airport to Kanazawa (via Komatsu airport) and on the way back I took the Green Car on the Hokuriku Shinkansen. I chose December to go to Kanazawa because I wanted to eat Kobako crab. Kobako crab is a female snow crab, but the fishing season is short, from November to December, so the period during which it can be eaten is short. Since it's December, we can't expect good weather at all, so we'll narrow down the places we visit and enjoy the flavors of Kanazawa.
