    This might be one of the most useful video for OAHS learning. Those technical infos make a huge difference. Thanks a lot.

    Hi Paul. I wanna just say thank you for this information. I have been searching youtube for handstands guides and information for almost 2 years now. Its crazy that you give this piece of information for free. I believe that your channel contains the most useful information on hand balancing by far in comparison with every fitness channel that I know.
    Seriously now, I haven't see anyone giving useful one arm information except you. Top Notch Video. Well done and many thanks.
    Your channel is so underrated. Wish I could give you more. Liked on the video && shared it with who ever I know is looking for this kind of information.

    Very good info Paul thank u, Jesus bless!
    Btw do u do slightly external rotation on scapula? Many hand balancer do this. How about u? For me ( i got hyperextnded elbow) too much external rotation = less puss and less comfortable dor weight shifts at one set.. Had to adjust the eternal rotation... I wonder how u do it

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  Рік тому

      I concentrate more on the push up and inwards at the elbow. Trying to keep the pec, shoulder and head as close to each other as possible. I learnt with more of a strength position so body is happy to drop slightly and I don’t need to focus on the scapula so much. If I work on thoracic mobility first everything feels Happier.

      @@PaulTwyman" inwards at the elbow trying to keep the pec shoulder close" Means like protaction?
      And body is happy to drop slightly means its ok to not push 100%?

    Should the weight distribution be through the palms or finger tips in OAHS?

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  3 роки тому +1

      I aim for the top of the palm between the thumb and the index finger

    Is your entry to the OAHS chest to wall 3:14 rather than tuck or straddle up

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  3 роки тому

      Not sure what you mean? I don’t normally program or personally use the wall for OAHS

    How long should those 3 oahs sessions per week for 4years take? 20-40min?

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  2 роки тому +1

      It’s very dependent on your level and training history. I personally train around 30-90 minutes each session

    • @TheREDSKAL
      @TheREDSKAL 2 роки тому

      @@PaulTwyman i see , how many diffrent excersises do you do per ohap session, i did yesterday 40min just leans on both sides in straddle hs, then today i did 20 min of leans on bothsides then some deep handstand push up negatives
