I6's are my favourite engines. But if I wanted an I6 performance car with good power potential for around 100K (with dealerships these days propably more) I'd just go with a M4. Like what the hell is this? Who is this made for? If I buy a dodge, I want insane unnecessary power and brutal acceleration out of a big rumbling V8.

The last part of your statement is why I think dodge completely killed their V8s, their fans would be unsatisfied with anything but a 6L+ V8. So why waste money trying to develop a small 4L V8 like GM is?

Times are changing so the V8s are getting smaller but a downsized V8 would’ve been taken WAY better than the I6 dodge went with
