Others, write down anything interesting that you’ve thought about, maybe ultimate questions (which if you didn’t know there questions that can probably never be answered , E.g : is god real?) or even just random little thoughts ,E.g what you think dinosaurs would think of music if they were still alive. I’m so sorry this is super long but these can help and I’ll try to keep adding! Just remember you are perfect and do not be afraid to reach out for help if you feel like it, every feeling matters. 🩷
