Fiverr does not understand the repercussions this has on them, he was like 50% of the income that fiverr had.

This sucks very very bad, but they had no choice. Even though it was all a joke, the IRS doesn’t think credit card fraud is funny. They couldn’t give him his balance money because that was profit from the ‘fraud’. They should’ve called him to tell him personally, and the cancelled orders should get a proper refund in my eyes. Legally though they had no choice unfortunately. It’s like making a joke out of yelling BOMB at an airport- all fun and games until someone gets shot.
