    I once made cookies where I browned the butter chilled the dough used good quality chocolate and it still came out like crap. The texture was horrible, and the taste was just bad, for the life of me I don't understand why I can't make a good batch of cookies. 😭😭

      The issue with browned butter is the recipe doesn’t specify that you need to add back in some water to account for what was boiled away. Try following the tollhouse recipe! Great every time.😊

    Not sure why bakers don't just give measurements for flour, etc. in grams. It's so exact and totally eliminates using too much flour. I bought a $10 scale on Amazon and weigh my ingredients and everything comes out perfect.
