Scott Fowler is called up from the audience to sing lead on this one. This show was Mark Trammell's last with the group, and Scott had been traveling with them preparing to transition into his role.
George had been out in the cold and developed laryngitis at the time of this show, hence the unusual cracking. George didn't take a lot of feature songs here, either.
The Cathedrals were the best gospel group that ever was. Gospel music is not the same without them.
Funny seeing Mark Trammell and Scott Fowler at the same time with the group.
Very true
These guys had a wonderful time singing.
Saw this at work today and laughed so hard. Had a smile on my face the rest of the day thinking of Glenn getting into it.
Love this! Never saw this one before! Kept me laughing!
Glen Payne, the best
That's real singing !
Glen was a good lead/baritone.

Glen hits a D2.
Glen had an incredible range!
@@thecathedralquartetfans3795 do you know the lowest note he reached in all his carrer?
@@torybrasileiro3026 I'm not quite sure, but the lowest I have ever personally heard him sing is right here in this video.

Jokes aside, he actually did very well.
He did great
Glen and George had a good time . Sadly missed.
Is it Glen Dustin the guy that came to the podium?
