The rate of racism in Asia is at an alarming rate! That of UAE is out of this world and it is applicable in every sector. From recruitment, to accommodation, and everyday living, it is really sickening. And the worst part is that the perpetrators of these are the same expatriates as us, but from Asian nationalities!
I swear it is more than the way you are saying it. My husband and I passed through a hell of high racism before we got an accommodation. Even at that, the landlord said he his not given Nigerians as we had to pay 3 months upfront before he agreed. Was it the one we got scammed? And many many more...only God sees our heart here

Thats ridiculous. I lived in UAE for 6 years as a white english man. He should have had exactly the same experience as anyone else but he didn't. There are many forms of racism prevalent in that country
