I haven’t had these in a few years, but they tend to be always pretty good I hear. My favorite Michters is the barrel strength rye. Soooo good.

Thank you for the review. They help me when I'm tasting new bourbons. I haven't experienced either of these but I'm interested in Bombergers. Unfortunately I haven't had chance to Michters.

Haven't had the Shenk's but the Bomberger's is awesome. I'd love to try them side-by-side and ultimately get a bottle of each. I personally like Bomberger's more than M10, but both are terrific. I did get a bottle of the Ft. Nelson BS Bourbon through BYO at the distillery, but have yet to open it yet.

Actually haven't tried any michters yet. Planning on buying a bottle next week of the regular bourbon while I'm traveling.

Michters is always a solid pour from the ones you just reviewed to the 10 yrs bourbon & rye, to there barrel strength offerings. Usually never disappointed, except the special release sour mash which I wasn't a fan of.
