That’s a tough one. I would say NBC,BK, and EverNorth are my go to NDP. I also enjoy going to Bourbon 30 and making my own blend.

Evernorth and would love to try Rare Character and Lost Lantern products, just haven’t gotten a chance.

Redemption is pretty good.

Currently, my favorite NDP is Nashville Barrel Company. I have had some great channel picks via Stuff & Whiskey from NBC.

Copper and Cask is my favorite currently.

Austin, Here you were mixing the glasses all up during the this 2019 ECBP blind. (What I mean is, as you're doing the blind, moving the middle glass to an end, moving an end glass to the middle). It makes it nearly impossible for the viewer to follow along and know what ECBP you are giving the tasting notes for. We don't come here to listen to you give tasting notes for 10 minutes with no idea what whiskey you are referring to. Brian wasn't mixing the order of his glasses during the blind and, while he was tasting alongside you, he even mentioned a couple times that he lost track of what glass you were referring to because you changed the order from what you started with. If you're not going to show on the screen what glass you are tasting (like most other channels do) at least don't change the order of the glasses while you're blinding them. What a lot of channels do is keep the glasses in the same order they started in but push a glass forward as they do the tasting so that the glass in first place is the farthest away from you, the glass in third place is the closest to you, and second place is midway between the first place and the third place.

Jack Daniels SBBP rye is my favorite rye, but I'm going to pick up a 13th Colony rye tomorrow. Because I love everything from 13th colony.

I bought this bottle at our ABC allocation for 85 dollars. I wasn't that impressed, but I'm not big into rye. So it's not fair for me to judge this bottle. I'll come back to it the more that my pallet develops with rye.

Don't know what happened after that, but in Jason's recent vid he said that EHT BP Rye pretty much sucks & prefers the BiB straight Rye over it.

Nice review! Funny how most consider the 2023 GTS to be off profile and tend to rank it lower. Maybe that chai spice is not what they’re expecting, or just off putting for some. I’m hunting for the 24 GTS, but will need to pay for it. Thanks guys and good luck with the channel! 🥃🥃 cheers!

Whiskey is all kosher. No need to pay a religious organization to get their mark on a bottle.

What I appreciate the most is that he won this bottle and wasn’t a Grinch, selling it on secondary for an enormous amount. But rather he was a Mensch and shared it with his friend, who was able to share the experience with the rest of us.

Great review! Do you know where it was aged? Some say that it was distilled in Kentucky but aged in Scotland, and if it's true this may not have the heaviness of other 25 yo bourbons matured in Kentucky because Scotland's aging is very slow compared to America
