i think part of what makes this interview seem "awkward" is that the seats aren't even facing the audience? It's not immediately obvious but as soon as I saw it I just imagined being in the crowd and only seeing backs of chairs😭
to be fair; if I had this horrifically awkward faux intellectual gentrified tate modern ass experience because of music I made, and knew that there was more of it round the corner, i'd probably pack it in too lmao

Ed is, Ed is obviously nice and tells stories that relate to them and help the interview find common ground. The interviewer is just psychoanalysing isaac all the way through and kinda does ask the wrong questions and it ends up being a bit pseudointellectual Kim seems to just be there to stroke her own ego, idk that woman just comes across as a dick.
The whole format and set design is comically out of step with what these four artists are all about... looks more like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? set in a Black Mirror episode
