INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE
In response to questions, the Spokesperson said a statement will be issued following the International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion in the proceedings concerning legal consequences arising from the policies and practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
YEMEN
The Secretary-General condemns today's deadly drone attack in Tel Aviv, for which the Houthis in Yemen claimed responsibility. This attack resulted in a death and several injuries. He sends his heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.
The Secretary-General remains deeply concerned about the risk such dangerous acts pose for further escalation in the region. He urges all to exercise maximum restraint and to de-escalate to avoid further enflaming the situation in the region.
The United Nations remains committed to supporting efforts for peace and stability in the region.
UNRWA
Philippe Lazzarini, the Commissioner General of the UN Relief and Works Agency - UNRWA - today thanked the United Kingdom for its renewed trust in UNRWA. He said that the resumption of UK funding to UNRWA is testament to the lifesaving and human development work of its teams across the region, including on the humanitarian front lines in Gaza.
He noted that the announcement comes at a critical time as the Agency continues to come under harsh and unprecedented attacks.
In London today, Mr. Lazzarini reiterated that UNRWA is fully committed, with the support of donors and host countries, to implement the recommendations of the Catherine Colonna report. This will further reinforce the principle of the agency’s neutrality in a deeply polarized environment.

I can't say anything, when on October 7 2023 Hamas attacked Israel, Lebanon took part, Iran, plus Yemen started the war, even the hostages were not saved, Israel was still the one to blame. Интересно то что суд применяет слово "Палестина" таким образом нарушает международное право. Потому что это слово появилось в результате римской оккупации древнего Израильского царства. Так что не факт, что они что то в этом понимают.
Так же интересно то что они не призвали к освобождению заложников, из за освобождения которых идет война. Уже очевидно что ни находятся

The State of Palestine isn't official, but the territory has remained reserved for what could have become the State of Palestine for those who are called the Palestinian Refugees. The word itself was also used in the mandate for "Mandatory Palestine", so wanting to name the region something it's use isn't that bad.
The release of the hostages was outside of the scope of the question to the ICJ, so it's not in this regard the ICJ's fault, although they could have refused to give their advisory opinion, but then again they have a role and try to do so.
*What is the real issue though is: I think they'll try to use this one-sided perspective as-is.* That means it's won't be the ICJ's fault but it will be the UN's fault, the UN's own violation of their own charters.
An UNRWA independent investigation will likely happen, but only when this independent external actor will be able to gain access everywhere and actually perform their function in full, which now is impossible. That was said so in a previous video, I believe by Lazarini, Head of UNRWA himself. The internal UNWRA self-investigation has been a complete joke of course, what else is to be expected.
This UN is so obviously biased against Israel that it isn't capable of performing it's function any more. The catastrophe in Gaza being the obvious result. So, How do we replace it's compromised people? The Secretary-General Guterres, Dujaric and even Farhan, they need to go.
