You read it right! British Airways lost my luggage on the outbound journey of my trip. Which resulted in my spending over 2 weeks in the states without anything I packed in my checked luggage. Honestly, it was chaotic. The time we lost in dealing with the lost luggage situations as well as the cancelled flight was not worth any payout we got. Either way, we're happy that we got both our luggages back and that we got compensated for all the expenses we had due to this situation.
