I liked his Pope character better. He would walk out and money would fall from the ceiling. Then his Pope entrance music was dope. He was a great talker too.
@@joenike55 thanks man, really appreciate that. Strange the interviewer didn’t ask if Burke had spotted anything odd about Benoit around that time or how he came across in the match in terms of focus and organisation. Would’ve also been interesting to hear how Burke heard the news of the tragedy. I think Hannibal would’ve done a better job, as he’s a phenomenal interviewer.
Dude lives in louisvile KY and be going to the la fitness gym down in taylorsville hes been going there for years now and supposbly he doesnt like being called Elijah, alot of people calll him "coach" cus of the way he acts when u play basketball with him
One of the most underrated talents not being fully utilized in both companies. Great talent
Yeah WWE didn't know what to do with him.
TNA started off utilizing him well then they stopped. I think he was overlooked at WWE because WWE had a few too many top Stars at the time.
Great interview. Always liked this guy, really entertaining and is nice to know that he does charity. Also he's really fun to play as in SVR 2009.
My fav wrestler on 2007/2008's ECW
Wish they did more with him in wwe.
Like If he never left, it would be great to see him become a member of hurt business
And TNA
Always been a fan of the Pope.....class act.
This is a great interview. Thank you for both. Pope, that is too cool what you're doing for the homeless.

Very nice to seeing wrestlers participate in charity
Loved watching this guy in the ring. Class act.
Class act!
Pope was one of my favorite wrestlers in TNA
Shame not enuff views for his interview he could've been a bigger star in both wwe & tna impact
Pope is the man he should had been TNA champion at least 2 times
If he was allowed to do the pope gimmick in WWE I'm a firm believer he would have been world champion
The last guy to wrestle krispen wah
That’s what I know him for 😂 is this brought up during the interview and if so is there a time stamp?
I automatically scrolled down to the comments saw yours and quickly got it. LMAO
@@bassacoustic1549 41:47 is the time stamp. He says it’s a blessing and a curse

Mr Kennedy: I'm the last guy to wrestle Eddie Guerrero
Darrell: Can you Imagine if the Archer of Infamy and the Pope form a faction
Why do I feel so much tension between these two in this interview.
