This is an ace video right here. Very good! Thank you so much. Cheers.
Great information. Thanks for posting this very helpful video.
Thank you very very much sir , I am
35 years old I have been suffering from tennis elbow due to excessive sports tennis . It has been almost two months that tennis elbow and pain is on and off ..Then I took a break from tennis but tennis elbow did not heal . Even holding glass of water or anything else it was painful . But I have watched your video and it’s working for me without any medication . Especially the first practice you advised , it’s great and quickly gave me relief and now I could type easily and quickly on my phone . I am thankful to you for your genuine advise and videos . Cheers!
Super helpful, thank you. Your videos are incredible. I'm going to start working out with you every morning to relieve my chronic pain in argms, shoulders, neck, knees, and hips. I would LOVE it if you could do a video demonstrating the shock wave device for tennis elbow? I currently own a shock wave device. But it's chinese and doesn't come with instructions, lol. I've used it a couple of times but then I bruise. Unsure if I'm doing it correctly. Actually, could you do an entire series on shock wave, for different parts of the body? You're already my hero for your channel, but I would love love love shock wave videos too. Thank you for being great!!
Superb explanation. Very clear. Keep it up. Thanks.
Great info doc, thanks for sharing.
I liked the video, simple! Seems genuine

Great initiative. Can u pls advise some excercises for Golfer's Elbow.
Fantastic video, do you have any information for the golfer elbows. Thanks a lot
Hi, Excellent advice. Am trying your shoulder exercises daily. Do you have any advice for medial epicondylitis, please?
thank you very much
Thanks Jasper, hopefully these exercises will save me a trip to see you. ;) Big fan of turmeric, recently started making my own turmeric tonic for this, definitely helps with the pain. Really need to stop playing games on my mobile, which is why I now have tennis elbow.... ;)
Love turmeric!! Good luck with the exercises!!
Watching a YT video on how to cure the tennis elbow I've developed from surfing YT. Wonderful. Thank you.
You are very welcome!
Excellent 👌🏻😊
Thank you!

The first (strech) test was awesome - it gave me a right cramp in my little finger and arm but it felt awesome doing that stretch (My arm felt alive again) :)

You are very welcome!! Good luck!
God bless you
Wow very helpful
Thank you!
Hello Jasper, Great video(s)! I’ve just had PRP to help treat my tennis elbow. The doctor who injected mentioned the same exercises you described very well. I’m currently on holidays and can’t get hold of him… for the eccentric exercises and stretches would you do the series expecting a little pain (20-30%) of the “real tennis elbow pain” or no pain at all: I do t want to over do it. Thank you in advance for your advises, best wishes for 2022!
A little bit of pain is probably to be expected. Good luck!!
Hi thank you so much for this information. It is a very well produced and informative video. I have a Tens machine. Is this the same as a shockwave machine?
No, a tens machine is not the same as a shockwave machine I am afraid.
Hoping this will give relief on my tennis elbow it gives me real pain. Thanks
Good luck! It should!
Thanks for the video, how long does the tennis elbow take to heal ? given I do these exercises regularly !
Ah, it depends on the severity and duration of the pain. Tendon injuries take generally about three months to heal.
TY!
🙏🙏
I am struggling with tennis elbow. I have got a very good guidance from you and hope to see recovery. Thank you
Good luck!!
I realized a bit too late that my computer mouse was one of the factors in getting a tennis elbow. Changed the mouse (the old one forced me to forcibly click multiple times on links before they worked), but it looks like it will take a while before the elbow has recovered. I appreciate the advice to get an ergonomic mouse, and the exercises you suggest.
Thank you!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad you liked it! Good luck with the exercises!
Hello, Sir! Thank you for this video. I wanted to ask which sleeping position would you recommend? I sleep on side and have pain in both elbows, especially during the winter. Sometimes I wake up with a numb arm, or even more pain...
Not quite sure if it is carpal tunnel or possibly a muscle knot in the infraspinatus? See this a lot with people doing your kind of work (jewellery, hand work)
@@MiltonChiropracticClinic No, I don't have numb fingers (yet). The injury is more related to me carrying 5-8 buckets of water (30lbs) to wash the terrace (with aviary) every day. I know, I need to get a hose, but it will have to run through the house, so I torture myself like this for years. I've had the same pain 3 years ago after house renovation (pulling furniture around) but it went away thanks to Comfrey root ointment. Now it helps a bit, but I feel like I "damage" the muscles again while I sleep.
Do u have a link to buy the mouse from?
Can I use leuko crepe bandage instead of elbow strap?
My pain is on the opposite site, i.e., the inside of the elbow. Also, wrist pain when putting any pressure on the hand (trying to do yoga or planks) to the point where I physically cannot do it because of the discomfort. That hand also goes numb all the time at night or even holding up the phone to type this. Any insight?
Thank you, my elbow has been killing me for months.... so will give these a go
Good luck! They should give you relief!
So has these exercises helped you? I had bilateral epicondylitis. Numerous steroid shots, no results. Doctors said get use it, yeah... Found a doctor who did surgery on both elbows and major pt and tissues treatment for scar and knots. That was 15 years, never pain again. Full range of motion.
I have what appears to be tennis elbow, I’ve watched your Vlog and started some of the exercises... however, when I’m out on my exercise walk, my arm hangs down and moves a little ie. normal walking rhythm...but it seizes up when I try to move it and get something from my pocket for example...and I have to use my other hand to lift it, once done it moves again.... is this normal ??
I am afraid I would need a bit more information before I can answer. As in: where does it hurt, what movement makes it sore, which pocket, etc
@@MiltonChiropracticClinic seizes up in the joint of the right elbow and sharpe pain down the tendon when I move it ie into coat pocket same side... so I use my left hand to lift it to 90 degrees in front of my body as if in a sling kind of position then I can move it again although painful, mostly sharp pain down the tendon... gripping things seems to be the most painful trigger...
I get it sometimes when I try to do planks and only on the left arm. Does not happen every time I plank. The pain stays for around 4 days and goes away by itself. Can it be prevented as it happens occasionally only?
Yes, it can. Do you know what is triggering it? Mouse?
I m a badminton player.. Suffering tennis elbow.. I m using a tennis elbow brace. Is it sufficient ?
Might not be sufficient on its own.
Might not be sufficient on its own.
does acupuncture work?
Yes, especially medical dry needling.
I have it on both elbows
Sorry to hear. Hope the exercises help! Good luck!
What is the name of the mouse again??
ergonomic mouse. Good luck!
Tight fit enough no need to loose hands
along with tennis elbow my biceps also hurting. I'm a badminton player.
Sounds like an overuse injury to me. What did the health care professional say?
@@MiltonChiropracticClinic i have no problems with tennis elbow now but biceps are hurting recently
Water , gas related food items , pattai karambu, ellamkai, starannies, spice related drinks , lollipop, jeera mittai, nose inhaler ,jackfruit seed curry , brinjal and potatoes poriyal , belly button zan du balm massages and finally Subway video game These all are main food and exercise for eyes and for circulatory system so it working normally
Why am I able to do planks with no pain, but having a hard time not able to lift a cup of coffee with the affected arm ?
Planks do not really target the elbow, but more the shoulder girdle. That is probably why.
