What can we do about customers that don't put details about what type of building they are in and how to get to them? This often causes delays, which in turn, affects your On Time or Early ratings. 🥴😵💫
I know these are tough, happens to me many times. I try my best to find it, worse case I text the cusotmer to come out or at least guide me to their building.
They had offered me many times but I haven’t tried that yet. I try to avoid orders that might require to carry heavy items. I heard you could be carrying a lot of pizza at one time. I try to get easy orders

Yes, I’ve done this before. Basically 1 code to enter the gate and another code to enter the apartment. I try to avoid these as much as possible
