Binged Culinary Class Wars over the past week and am ECSTATIC to go try Edward Lee's restaurants in Louisville, KY. 💜 ps. I gave birth via Hypnobirthing back in 2000 - and the nurses had never heard of it before and were SO amazed at the technique that one of them went on to become an expert and opened a whole hypnobirthing clinic within that hospital. It's so beautiful to see people still using this method over two decades later. I absolutely still use what I learned when dealing with an assortment of things, to this day! 🥰🥰

I just love how stylish you are during your prenancy. You dont have to loose yourself when you have a child, and wear clothes you love. I think thats very much a Scandi lifestyle, as parent still keep their individuality even when having children. Being a mom and dad is cool.

As an auntie of two I know the heartburn is real, but oh your videos calm me and bring this sense of center when you carry yourself so gracefully. Also as a girl from Finland I notice that I relate to your needs and wants as a mama about to birth. It’s like looking to a similar future! as someone who has experienced vaginal birth the worst pain were the checks! And I wanted to be calmed and cuddled by my partner, before birth. During birth if someone touched me I hated it so much. If someone told me I should relax I would scream at them in pain. I didn't want an epidural and when I wanted it, they asked me if I'm sure and that I signed that I didn't want one. Well it was the best decision I made. Every birth is different and I hope that you get what you need and want during birth ❤ And please don't feel bad if the pain is too strong and you feel like you need an epidural. It's okay and you are still a strong women ❤❤
I didn't have a birthing plan made as I was clueless, but somehow found myself miraculously delivering my son without epidural (this wasn't my goal). What helped me: during the labour I kept walking and remained standing. At some point (after 4h) the contractions were so powerful that I could no longer stand, and that's when the midwife told me I was almost fully dilated. It's best to push when you feel the belly contracting, but also the midwife has to make sure the baby is in the right axis. When the mother pushes, the midwife has to monitor the baby's heartbeats, because sometimes the ombilical cord could be wrapped around the baby. To push more strongly, the mother can raise her torso by holding onto the side rail of the bed. The midwife should guide the mother when to push or not , because she'll have to help with the baby's shoulders or in other situations. Wish you a beautiful birth experience !
When I watch you always the thought comes by ´I just love being a woman´ that our bodies are that powerful to carry a baby for 9 months and bring a joy to the world, When Noa comes into a world with two beautiful parents. I just know you are going to be such a good mom and make Noa the most loved and prettiest boy in the world.
I am in my last month too.. due date is November first and I feel like a cow hahahhaha this time is so much harder than my first pregnancy 😂 but I can’t wait to meet my baby!! I am so happy for you ❤ being a boy mom is the best !!! ❤

Hey, I wanted to give you an advise: Don't be to hung up on your due date. I noticed you said something along those lines yourself, like he could be here in 2 weeks or 6. I've read that most first time moms do go overdue and it was the same for me. My youngest daughter was the most overdue, 11 days past the due date. But it was honestly the best labor experience. With my older two kids I always lost patience a few days after the due date and got inductions. I honestly thought, my body did not know how to start labor by itsself. Of course one must me closely monitored (daily) when past the due date. And I don't know how long they'll let you in Korea. I can tell you, its a real mental struggle, everyday to ask yourself: Is the baby coming? Is this little ache it? But for me it was worth it. Your plan sounds good and you really got a good mindset. You can do it!

For me it's the 2nd, the 1st and the 3rd not at all, too small for your face. I get glasses every time I am in Korea or Japan, cz it's just a fraction of what it costs in Germany. But, I am not going to those overpriced places, there are plenty of cheap shops, great quality. I paid 48.000 Won for mine, with frame, ultra thin glasses, blue light filter, anti scratch, you name it. Highly recommend.
Yes ! The hormones can make the vision worse. For some it goes back and for others it never does. I was heading towards a prescription for ages now, so I think it was safe to say I would need the glasses 🤣💚

as someone who has experienced vaginal birth the worst pain were the checks!
And I wanted to be calmed and cuddled by my partner, before birth. During birth if someone touched me I hated it so much. If someone told me I should relax I would scream at them in pain. I didn't want an epidural and when I wanted it, they asked me if I'm sure and that I signed that I didn't want one. Well it was the best decision I made.
Every birth is different and I hope that you get what you need and want during birth ❤
And please don't feel bad if the pain is too strong and you feel like you need an epidural. It's okay and you are still a strong women ❤❤

I didn't have a birthing plan made as I was clueless, but somehow found myself miraculously delivering my son without epidural (this wasn't my goal). What helped me: during the labour I kept walking and remained standing. At some point (after 4h) the contractions were so powerful that I could no longer stand, and that's when the midwife told me I was almost fully dilated. It's best to push when you feel the belly contracting, but also the midwife has to make sure the baby is in the right axis. When the mother pushes, the midwife has to monitor the baby's heartbeats, because sometimes the ombilical cord could be wrapped around the baby. To push more strongly, the mother can raise her torso by holding onto the side rail of the bed. The midwife should guide the mother when to push or not , because she'll have to help with the baby's shoulders or in other situations. Wish you a beautiful birth experience !

Hey, I wanted to give you an advise:
Don't be to hung up on your due date.
I noticed you said something along those lines yourself, like he could be here in 2 weeks or 6.
I've read that most first time moms do go overdue and it was the same for me.
My youngest daughter was the most overdue, 11 days past the due date.
But it was honestly the best labor experience. With my older two kids I always lost patience a few days after the due date and got inductions.
I honestly thought, my body did not know how to start labor by itsself.
Of course one must me closely monitored (daily) when past the due date. And I don't know how long they'll let you in Korea.
I can tell you, its a real mental struggle, everyday to ask yourself: Is the baby coming? Is this little ache it?
But for me it was worth it.
Your plan sounds good and you really got a good mindset. You can do it!

For me it's the 2nd, the 1st and the 3rd not at all, too small for your face.
I get glasses every time I am in Korea or Japan, cz it's just a fraction of what it costs in Germany. But, I am not going to those overpriced places, there are plenty of cheap shops, great quality. I paid 48.000 Won for mine, with frame, ultra thin glasses, blue light filter, anti scratch, you name it. Highly recommend.

Yes ! The hormones can make the vision worse. For some it goes back and for others it never does. I was heading towards a prescription for ages now, so I think it was safe to say I would need the glasses 🤣💚
