I doubt these 7 pieces of advice will make someone happy, as all of them are guiding towards materialist goals which is the origin of unhappiness. Happiness is achieved by letting go, surrender and unconditional acceptance. Thanks for the video
I agree with you that this is pretty useless advice or, at best, it's just common sense. But I disagree that material possessions are the source of unhappiness. To the source of unhappiness is attachment. And I do think it's possible to have possessions and not be attached to them.
