Would you get from like lush products, do you get discount & would you have to know anything about personal things about the products?
At my group interview a few days ago we had to do a knot wrap that they showed us and since I'm an anxiety-ridden lil shit my fingers kept trembling and the fabric was so slippery that the folds kept slipping inbetween my fingers lmfao. I ended up finally getting it and out of fear that it'd fall apart and I'd have to do it again I knotted it really tightly. Turns out the employer girl picked mine out as the best one over everyone else's due to its "sturdiness" and gave me some free products as a prize so I guess it worked itself out ahaha

how long did you have to wait after applying to find out if you got rhe interview? i assumed a week would be normal and its only been 3 days but im a little anxious. havent been able to find much about this online and it would be super reassuring to know for certain :)
Lucy Brady I went in for my initial interview on a Thursday, then got an email around Sunday morning! Don’t worry though, someone else who was at the second interview with me got hers even later than that x

I love lush but can find shopping there overwhelming as the staff are too nice, I like minimum contact :)
That's unfortunate that you can find it that way, the staff in all stores should get extensive training on customer types and how to deal with all kinds of situations. I completely understand how you feel though, I have shopping days like that too x

Yeah I've been planning on it, I brought it up in the video to see what people thought of the idea. :) I'm glad you like them! I upload two videos a week now so make sure you have notifications turned on to catch them all x
Made it all the way to the in person roleplaying scenario and watching the video in the laptop- Honestly the manager seemed really happy with my Communication/Costumer service skills - passed the little quiz they made me do and it all went really well! But sadly the next day (aka today) i woke up to an email saying that arent going to hire me even thought they said i should be getting a call for my first day which was so confusing and honestly a bit heart broken sense i really really love lush

Hi, did you have to prepare a 5 minute presentation on something you are passionate about because that’s what I’m being asked to do x
Hey! I didn't need to do that, no. Every store will have a different hiring process though so I'm not surprised to hear that's what they've asked you to do :) It's a great opportunity to show who you are as a person and the things you care about. My main advice would be to make sure it is 5 minutes long. My experience with timed things at interviews in general is that they are pressed for time and won't let people run over their time :) I'm sure you'll do great! x

What did you wear to the interview?
My main piece of advice is to wear what is you, what you are comfortable in. For me, I wore black lace up ankle boots, a skater skirt, a polkadot blouse buttoned up and my glasses etc as per usual. There were people in jeans, dresses, skirts, leggings. It's up to you and your style. Lush are a company that love the individuality of their staff so as long as your being you, you're golden. Hope this helps! X

It would specify that in your invite to the interview 😁 Mind said something like "You have been invited to attend the group interview stage..."

Hey, this is late, but go for it! I'm currently 15 and I've made it past the phone interview, group interview, and I've now got my one-on-one interview this week. I don't turn 16 until June next year but they don't seem to mind :)
