Great vid Melody ! A lot of useful tips in here! :) here are a few other tips I'd add for the floor trial: - Try linking products together. If you have a customer buying an intergalactic bath bomb for example, show them Mask of Magnaniminty or Dirty body spray - just get them out of bath 🤣 - Use a lot of emotive language when speaking to customers. - And if you want to go above and beyond, why not try and get a sit down consultation in there if you're feeling confident. I know the floor trials aren't very long but I can guarantee if you sit down with a customer and do few demos it'll earn you extra brownie points :)

I went into lush to get my sister a birthday present, as soon as I got in they said oh the men’s is over there, it was hopeless I gave up in the end. They won’t allow you to browse and look for yourself, make rational judgements on products, read the ingredients. They simply wont allow it under any circumstances. I didn’t say anything rude, I just left in the end. It’s a shame because they don’t realise they are stopping customers from visiting and they are loosing money hand over fist. I would imagine it would really put many male customers of let alone female.

On their website they state they don’t hire people under 16 I’ve got a job interview for them tomorrow and luckily I left school just before the summer but it depends on the store

What if you have never worked? Im on disability and when i want to work i was going to go for lush. Will they judge if im in my mid 20s and haven't done anything? I was even sick when i did my gcses so didn't take any
2014: I got hired without even knowing lush before. I came form a small town and moved into a big city. They were amazed of my story and the most important thing: if you are a open minded and also crazy person with a special personality the rest is just training.

I mean, you have to start somewhere! I'm not on disability, but I am disabled and they are very flexible and accommodating at my store!
