Hey i am 13 years old, from Germany and 6ˋ0 I never was in a local team and only played for fun in school because I just love basketball and I would like to train hard and get better so I’m thinking if I should join a team and practice hard or if I’m starting too late with my training. My Dad is about 6ˋ7 btw and I hope that this will help me grow even more and I would like to know if I still have a chance of becoming really good and play in the best leagues.
Hey! You can be anything and anyone you want as long as u put ur mind to it! Nothing can stop u but urself, always keep that in mind.

How do you make the nba if you live in the netherlands they mostly focus on football here
If you have the skill and determination you can do it - take videos of yourself and upload to youtube/instagram/tiktok - create a following and from there the more shares and views you get - im sure if your good enough a scout will reach out to you. Look how they found Giannis! We created a video on that a few weeks ago, watch it - he was selling products on the streets to make a living for his family and was found playing pick up ball
America is lucky than in Europe young kids don't play basketball compare to soccer.
But now i see much more kids playing so un 1 2 decades...
yes true, all kids in europe play more football than any sport - even tennis and padel is pretty big in europe compared to basketball - but still, basketball is growing and will have a huge place for kids in europe in the upcoming years for sure

If you work hard everyday then your putting yourself in a better position to make it - it also takes luck, so let luck work in your favor by you trying hard everyday and working on it A just have the correct mindset and anything is possible!

I am from Sweden, I’m 13 and 5’7 my parents aren’t very tall but my 15 year old brother is 6’1 I am hoping for at least 6’2 when I’m done growing right now I am playing for one of uppsala baskets kids leagues, I really hope I can play basketball professionally when I’m an adult maybe I’ll even make the NBA I’m going to keep grinding and working on my craft.

Hi! I’m 15 and I live in Sweden. I am ok at basketball and doesn’t play in a team. Tho I am training a lot everyday by myself. Do you think I should start Playing in a team and then record my highlights or you got any other ideas how I could make it to the NBA?
Definitely start playing in a team and work hard - practice everyday - if you have good moves or a good jump then start recording yourself. It all starts and ends with you. The harder your work the best result you’ll get. No one can guarantee you’ll make it to the NBA, but you can position yourself to potentially have a chance if you work hard day in and day out without giving up - and if your that good then who knows what may happen!

I live in Austria and im almost 13 I play in the U16 (with 14-16 year olds) and I dont know if I should wait practice harder and get to the Bundesliga "its the highest league in Austria" But no scout is looking for players here. Or I could somehow get to America at 14, 15 and play for a highschool then College Team then enter the draft. Whats the best way maybe Euroleague or sth. Btw I play basketball for 1,5 Years and Im 5`1
It all depends on your skillset, do you play basketball well? If so, I would suggest to upload videos of you playing on UA-cam and hopefully that can gain traction. Its expensive to travel to America and try to make it there, you should work harder in Austria and try to be the best player there and as you get older more opportunities may arise for you. Keep your focus and work hard. You never know what may happen in life when you stay consistent and keep pushing!

You need to keep working hard and trying - never give up! Hey, you could be the first player in India to make it to the NBA, you never know - you have to just put your head down and work hard - and if your good enough you never know what happens! Stay positive my friend!

Def join a local team but at the same time, let someone take videos of you playing and upload them on youtube or any social media platform - you wana go viral, so you’ll def wana do out of the ordinary things in your videos

@@Chriss203 some nba players havent started balling till they were 15 or 16 - you can still go hard and practice everyday - and with the right skill set, mind set and most importatnly connections - everything is possible
