    WTH. Is that you stock grate? Mine came with a plain Jane Weber grill style grate

      I’m trying to find that grate too. I’m attempting a pizza today with a pizza stone. I’m a little nervous about getting the pizza off the sheet pan and onto the heated pizza stone. Any suggestions?

    Does the pizza taste too smoky? Or can you use the bullseye without the pellets?

      The pellets are the heat source. The Bullseye only smokes at 225-250 degrees. Anything temperature over that, there is no smoke and it is a wood fired grill. It may lend a slight smoke flavor, but not much.

    I wish you would have shown getting the pizza off the pan onto the grate and then off the grate. I noticed a mat under the Bullseye. Have you had problems with grease dripping from the Bullseye?

      I have not. I do mostly hot fast cooks. I use the 340 for low and slow.
