James with the fresh cut 😎
So, where is Squid, Shame & black midi?
More disappointed with who wasn’t nominated than happy for who was, If that makes any sense?
Can’t believe they’ve left Black Midi, Shame, Squid, Fontaines D.C., Dry Cleaning, Sons of Kemet and For those I love off the shortlist 😔
Tbh mate as much as I loved all their albums, it needs to be a good mixture of genres or else it may aswell be the “best post-punkish album of the year award”
I agree, no Dry Cleaning, someone placed them in the "post punk" box !!! Daftie.
@@inside1283 Dry Cleaning are not "post punkish", this is a safe list picked by hipsters with their heads firmly jammed up their arses.
@@neilgodfrey6578 calm down stan
@@inside1283 no
Sault early betting favourites and the bookies look right in making them favs. All about the music.
Nice one fellas. For a moment I wasn't convinced we had a decent shortlist until I saw this video. Mogwai? Floating Points? Wolf Alice? ...YES!
Mercury price 2021 🙄 on some zzzz , heard it all before some have been done , it was a little thin,
Who picked this boring list, no Dry Cleaning or Fontaines, just hang your heads in shame, absolute travesty.
