I actually find it a bit difficult to choose which burger, since the looks might be deceiving. Do we have to choose a burger, or can I vote for the burger you guys would like to make? The thing is, you tasted them, and maybe there was a burger which you think you could do better. So, I'd choose the burger you would like to make. If this doesn't count, then I'd vote for number Nr. 3 (Mexican Jalapeno Cheeseburger) or 4. (Quattro Cheeseburger) And a happy new year to everyone that reads this comment, I wish you only good things for 2024! :)👋🏻🎉
What about a: two dry aged smash patties, with fried jalapeños, Quattro cheese, caramelized onions, fresh tomato, lettuce, mustard, ketchup and relish.
Bacon & Egg Cheeseburger would be my top, followed by the Pastrami. I, too, like chips on my sandwiches--chips might be tasty on a grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe it's just me but, this season of burgers seemed especially delicious.
For sheer uniqueness, I'd say the California apple pie burger. My second vote is for the Mexican jalapeño cheeseburger. You both ended up down by the river despite all the warnings. 😂 Love it.
Hi Paul and Aaron! This was a great season - thanks to both of you for all your hard work. I vote for #3 and #13. I'd like to see your take on the Mexican Jalapeño Burger, since you both enjoy spicy food. I also think you could bring the Bacon and Egg Cheeseburger to a higher level with a runny egg, and perhaps other bacon (if available, although it sounded as though the bacon was okay). Sending best wishes to you both and Aaron's family for a healthy, happy New Year!
I don't know Paul & Aaron but the dessert burger(s) people here want should be a thing on their own like a bonus to the real 2 burgers we choose since we're talking about food you don't really get like only that for a meal but just for a dessert, if you want it, after the meal.

It seems everyone wants you to do the Bacon, Egg and Cheeseburger but for the 2nd one, the Mexican Jalapeno burger sounds good but maybe add some kind of taco seasoning into the beef.
#9 and #13 definitely looked like some of the best this season. Plus, if you recreated the Bacon & Egg, you can get that soft yolk action going on for the egg. 🤤#10 already looks like a popular one, if only to see what ideas you two can cook up for a recreation. I know I'm curious!

Mexican Jalapeno was made before at the end of the other series. Anything new will be better than a repeat.
