  • Hi from Miss Diorama. In this video I show you how I assembled a Miniature Christmas Ledge Village Kit made out of Laser cut 3mm plywood. It's the 2nd instalment of Christmas Village kits that I have created so far. You can find my Christmas Village Tree Skirt model kit assembly video at the following link;

    It's always a good time to be thinking about and preparing for Christmas, so if you want to make this miniature ledge Village, following is the link to my Etsy shop where you can buy it:
    www.etsy.com/au/listing/15148...
    I designed this kit from scratch & cut the pieces on my Laser Cutter. There are 6x different buildings in this kit including a Church, a Gazebo, 2x different Townhouses, a Hotel and a Cabin.
    Once they are assembled, a battery operated tealight fits inside each building to light them up for Christmas.
    PLEASE NOTE: FOR CUSTOMERS IN USA, JAPAN, NZ and some others, Unfortunately I CANNOT SEND WOOD or Wooden items to your countries from Australia as your Border Customs will not allow it, therefore if you are in one of those countries and own a Laser Cutter or know someone who owns a laser cutter that will cut this for you and are actually interested in making this Miniature Christmas Ledge Village Kit, I will have available a link to where you can buy the template very soon. Please check back.

    I'm so disappointed I can't order this from the USA because of the customs restrictions. And I don't have access to a laser printer to use the SVG files. Any other suggestions?

      Apologies, it is disappointing, esp. since USA will accept 'pinus radiatus' from NZ, but not from AUS - which is basically wood from a pine (which is what I have made this in). It's really frustrating but I guess I can understand they are passionate about not allowing certain diseases and pests into the country that would endanger the agriculture industry there in the US. It may also have something to do with keeping manufacture of wooden goods local, but I can't be totally certain.
