Going through the Manager Serv Safe course and test was filled with lots of common-sense information, but also many things you just do not think about in your home. I did receive my certification in Serv Safe. I am very thankful for that, and I just wanted to come home after the course and apply all I had learned to my home kitchen. Your kitchen is so cute! I too have limited open shelves because of the dust. I really like them, but I do have to keep up with the dusting. That is why I like a mix of traditional and open shelving. This video motivates me to have a good cleaning day! :)
