  • Shrimp Avocado Cucumber bites- Easy Appetizer Recipe
    Ingredients:
    Oyster Sauce Bottle- amzn.to/3HMT4kF
    Soy sauce (knorr)- amzn.to/3YlGGiy
    Sriracha: amzn.to/3IgPUGb
    Garlic powder: amzn.to/3SeLP9U
    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and slit on the back
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1teaspoon butter
    • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
    • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and diced
    • 1 stalk of scallion or fresh cilantro for garnish
    • 1 fresh lime or lemon for garnish
    • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds for garnish
    • Sriracha sauce for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with garlic powder, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oil. Set aside for about 5-10 minutes to marinate.
    2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through. Add butter and ½ lemon. Remove from heat and let cool.
    3. On a large platter, place the cucumber rounds in a single layer.
    4. Top the cucumber rounds with diced avocado.
    5. Add the cooked shrimp on top of the avocado layer.
    6. Drizzle lime or lemon juice on top of the shrimp.
    7. Sprinkle chopped scallions or cilantro, roasted sesame seeds, and sriracha sauce on top.
    8. Serve and enjoy!
