I also don't want them standing there like idiots who have never seen a helo before they do climb aboard. Time is important especially if you are against the clock or being hunted.
I would love for detection to be different. You can currently walk around 100 meters in front of a sniper and nothing happens. The suppressor settings bug me as well. A suppression 5.56 is over 130 decibels in real life, yet in the game you can stroll into a base and slaughter everyone without being detected. Ya know, I might be shot for it, but a possible solution for the open world being "smaller" might just be a fast travel implementation of some sort that involves a little more song and dance. For example, I know people have voiced interest in a sort of mobile HQ, something not unlike a small apc or a really beefed up SUV/van. Once you load you're brought to an interior view with a loadout build/selection for the mission along side some recommendations (i.e. it's gonna be dark soon so NVG might be of use, intel indicates heavy weaponry and recommend armor [presuming THAT is implemented], etc.) And ready to depart. Maybe you could pick an airdrop and have the same interface in a chopper and then fastrope down. Honestly, just anything better than the teleporting and bivoac system in Breakpoint. If you have a defined drop off and extraction it will make the large open world less grating/boring as you mindless fly to your next destination on the diametric side of the map. I guess I just want a game like Breakpoint but scaled back to make the stakes of what you choose matter a bit more instead of another Superman soldier game.
@@BulletCatcherGaming Wildlands made it so traveling wasn't a chore since missions were usually located in the same area/province with the way the map was split up among the cartel. I think a little MGSV style intro and outro might pep it up.
While I'm slightly disappointed by a couple of the results (It gives me the impression that many people didn't play the original games), any doubts are greatly overshadowed by most of the results. Many of the things I wanted most have been mirrored by the community .....ESPECIALLY the points of camo choice affecting detection, rappel ropes and micro managing each team mate.
I really wish the enemy AI was more intelligent and had different things to say not just the same phrase or voice over and over. I remember playing The Last of Us and if I killed one of the enemies in their group, one of them would say something like "No! John!" Would be a really nice immersive detail if they added something like this

Honestly, Ubisoft is more than capable of making a 10/10 tactical shooter that has it all that real world military implements in their missions. But, the development teams need that freedom to do this and communicate to the other devs working on other things in the game so it all flows and works together. Head ceo people let the damm devs make the fkn game properly.
You can't have it so that the camouflage works in the game. People have not thought this one through. If they released a patch today for Breakpoint to have camo work, it would take the community about five seconds to figure out which five camos worked in the game, and the rest would be completely useless. Effectively you would be pigeonholed into wearing a particular camo for every situation with no deviation. You could not dress as a favorite character from a movie. The one with the red bandana etc. While I enjoy the standard greens and browns most would not. Besides this would cut into profit as there would be less reason for cool outfits just to put a color you hate on it.
You could still dress how you want, it would just be changing the gameplay loop for those that don’t want to play stealthy. But for it to really work to full effect you would need to limit the locations you could change camo in game. Wearing the right camo in the right region though would maybe give you a + 50% detection buff at max, with opposite camo’s giving up-to a - 50% detection buff That way there is no camo that’s fully op in all areas
You make a really interesting point though i would say i think they missed out on lots of cash by giving us so little on breakpoint in regards to new gear to wear. Perhaps it could work if they did it where certain colours give you the buff so any whites in snow, blacks in dark areas, green in jungles and forests, browns and beige in desert etc so then we could still create whatever you like? Not perfect but could kind of work
@@BulletCatcherGaming Yeah, I would have liked the option to buy anything that is in the game. I hate beating the last boss just to get that cool cosmetic. Great, the game is over... where shale I wear it to? The after party with bowman? I like that idea with regards to camo. You kind of have to match the terrain to gain but not be totally decked out in "X" color. Perhaps you could still wear any color but gain stealth by being undetected. So you get "X" stealth buffer the longer you go undetected. Once you get detected, it chews away from the buffer. Sort of what Gmoney talked about with regards to weapons. The more you use a weapon the better you are with it with regards to speed time to aim etc instead of MK1 and MK2 upgrades.
We usually try to keep videos under a certain time limit, But we’re going to do a much longer and in-depth podcast covering all of the results very soon
I did do the poll too for what it’s worth let’s hope Ubisoft get it. I played breakpoint after wildlands and didn’t like it but I liked motherland what a shame. I’ve got withdrawal symptoms now there’s nothing good to play now that competes with wildlands so played metro exodus instead and far cry 5 Those games were great. But my dream would be to have a wildlands two or prequel also better ai with the team mates Breakpoint truly pissed me off in my old age with a map that was too hard to understand too much on the hud never knew where I was going half the time with no simple yellow objective marker just didn’t blend seamlessly like wildlands Also every one has the same voice and every time I shot someone it sounded like I was at the fair with a pellet gun hitting metal bars stupidly In fact breakpoint was truly boring and soulless to me I may as well play Lego as every looked the same I’ll stop rambling now lol 😂
Well I certainly do not disagree i like breakpoint but it’s missing a soul for sure. Wildlands 2 is literally want most of us want which means we probably won’t get it sadly
It is beyond me as to why the Ghost Recon community think that Ghost Recon Wildlands/Breakpoint is a tactical shooter. Its an ARCADE MILITARY Shooter. There are a minority that actually play tactical games, such as Arma 3, Escape From Tarkov, Squad, HLL, Ground Branch and Ready or Not, that would like to see the franchise return to being a tactical shooter. This group played the OG GR games. If I heard Andy correctly, he said you couldn't be tactical with the older games? "You couldn't be tactical with your AI teammates?" Ghost Recon 1 has the most tactical options in any Ghost Recon game, and it should have been the model of the franchise. Hence why I spent more hours in Arma 3 than Ghost Recon.
I feel like there are far too many 10s. It seems like most people answered 10 or 1 instead of gauging their interest realistically. Unfortunately I think that kind of hurts a survey like this, Ubisoft will look at this as "oh they just want everything including the kitchen sink". I'm glad you at least included the averages though, that helps with the overall scope.
I get your point but many of the questions in this video are fundamental aspects of the game’s design, I wouldn’t really expect many middle of the road responses.

Start over
This will force players to be tactical
