    voice problem might be due to incoming notification or some fluctuations in network bandwidth, U can dry DND/airplane mode while recording

    I do sapate but whenever I have added bricks it feels uneasy . I don't know why ?
    For push up I have never seen anyone to touch or keep their chest on ground . It stays hanging .
    But , yes using something like bricks or Push up stand ( Gazani movie , Amir Khan ) allows to go deeper and makes it challenging .

      Even gyms have push up bars ( handles ) that allow the chest to go deeper ✌️...
      I understand what you're saying... I was in same place... try going slow next time...maybe it'll help

      Training aur diet dono important Hai...Acha saaf khana Khao... protein pe dhyan do... aur...Exercise Karo regularly ✌️
