992 Turbo S interior in truffle brown

- On special request from Rennlist I'm showing the truffle brown interior of my aventurine green 992 Turbo S with leather seat back shells and the leather sun visors. Also this car comes equipped with acoustic glass. Especially when switching back to "normal" it becomes quite apparent, how quiet it gets inside.
This is the same color of leather I got for my 911. She arrives next week 😍😍

Thank you for doing this! Because of you I ordered Aventurine Green 992 Turbo S, mine will arrive in September as 2022 model with Sport Design high gloss black package, however I went with black interior with beige contrast stitching.

Wow! This leather looks amazing. The two club leathers are the only natural leathers I believe. Well, at least until Sept when they will be adding a bunch more. Only wish Porsche would allow it with black upper area versus everything brown.
How are the seats? I've heard the seat ventilation makes them a bit firmer.

We dont know what to choose between icelandic green vs truffle on aventurine 4s but i think we are going to choose truffle

What is the whine or rattle at the top of the RPM range? I could hear it at 6k or so
This is exactly what I told my Porsche dealer two days ago. It‘s kind of annoying. At about 5500rpm there‘s a vibration coming from the left b-pillar, when PSE is active. They need to fix that.

@@JoeJacksonGT3 Just brought it to my Porsche dealership. They can fix it. Phew...
@@Porschession Glad to hear that. Those small things drive me nuts. I had a 991.1 GT3 for a little while and it had a rattle on the road that was obvious. The dealership couldn't figure out it's location. On the track, I couldn't hear it, but knew it was there lol.
@@JoeJacksonGT3 Haha tell me about it. I'm literally the worst customer when it comes to rattle noise in a car. I had a 992 C4S before and it was one of the first ones in Switzerland, so early production. Turned out, when the outside temperature dropped below 10 Celsius, my glass roof started creaking when driving over bumps. Drove me nuts. Took it to the dealership. They "fixed" it twice but it never really disappeared....so I bought a Turbo S!

What are your thoughts/experiences with the Burmester system?
Very good question! I've had a Bose system in my previous 992 C4S and to my ears there is no difference. At least, not a $5000 difference apart from the nicer looking speakers. If you want to hear the "Burmester difference", you have to go for a bigger car like a Panamera or Cayenne. There you can hear a clear difference!
@@Porschession Thank you for the quick reply. I'm deciding whether or not to try Burmester or just enhance Bose system with additional amp, sub and Dynamat, if needed--that won't cost $5K. Dealer doesn't have 992 in stock with Burmester to run comparison.
@@Porschession the 992s wood inlays look really good with the truffle interior. Nice spec. I also had Bose and then optioned the Burm when I ordered a new one. Personally, I think the biggest benefit to having the Burm is the raw power vs the Bose when you are on long drives and want to hear music over the engine. Definitely not worth the 5k. And of course Burmester has absolutely nothing to do with making the speakers.
Shame about those airbag stickers on the passenger mirror.
