The tutor/UA-camr is correct. We mark trends in observation(table of value) ie if one is increasing, the other ought to be decreasing and vice versa. From what you are stating now, we only use the information from the teacher's report only when we want to mark for Accuracy which is always 1 to 2marks but if the candidate is able to present his or her table well and in trends, no matter the values, the candidate is likely to score the whole 8 marks of the table.
