Right?!?!?!? They pay millions of dollars for these ridiculous homes and then just leave them? How and why? I mean for real how many families could live in that "house"
One look at the flooded basement and the moldy walls and I know why no one has bought the house. Mold remediation on a house that size would be a killer. That’s on top of solving the flooding issue.
I guess people with millions to spend on a house don't want a "used house". Then the property taxes, utilities & maintenance put it out of reach for 99% of the population.

The bank probably owns it. My husband and I bought a foreclosure a couple of years ago. It had been empty for two years. The bank didn’t want to invest any money in it and so the pipes burst and we had a mold and radon issue. Their asking price was insanely high and they didn’t want to negotiate. We have to wonder where are these rich people actually going? The past 5 years UA-camrs around the globe have been filming these abandoned mansions. Are all the rich heading underground the the bunker cities they have built? Thoughts to ponder as most of these actors and singers really don’t even look the same like they are body doubles or something.
Think of the market as an expanding ballon- when energy costs are low and skilled-people are consuming the market expands it creates more jobs and houses prices climb...now think of the deflating balloon, when energy is high and less skilled workers are flooding the market via immigration from non-western countries and everything (economy) goes into reverse. The houses are unaffordable, then the value drops, then maintenance costs supercedes the repair and similar home values. The fake printed dollar has hits its peak years ago (Ponzi scheme), and now it's a slow moving train wreck of hidden deflation for things previously made, and inflation for needs yet to be needed. Abandoned houses will become VERy common. Demographics and cashflow are the life blood of a nation.
A lot of these mansions the celebrities “own” or “owned” were used for child trafficking. The “cabal/Illuminati “ purchase in the celebrities names, which is why they never see the celebrities there, they use it to move humans and drugs aka “underground railroad” stops. Sick people, the childs scooter was unsettling. Celebrities selling their mansions like crazy now, massive influx. All selling at a loss for the most part liquidating assets.

Where did the spiral staircase lead too, another room over looking the pool, or back upstairs? I know you couldnt film the outside of the house, but was it as nice as the inside? Loved to seen this house back in the day, its very nice..

Between the flooding and vandalism as well as the mold remediation you could be looking at $200,000 then the general repair snd upgrades needed another $250,000. You may have just priced yourself out of what the place is worth.
Yes and maybe a little more than that, but the house is beautiful and if you really like it and you don't mind investing a little more in something you will enjoy for many years, why not? Besides, the house in that condition is not worth the same as in new or fully renovated.
@@justinofboulder I doubt the mold is from leaking. If the windows are open or been smashed through the moisture is your main problem probably just need new sheetrock on the moulded areas
@@Tom-q6h2c the mold that you are referring to is most likely chaetomium, which is known to cause harm to the autoimmune system. The problem with replacing only the drywall is that the spores become airborne and scattered throughout the home, potentially causing future respiratory distress as well as future growth in wet areas. Given that there are over a hundred thousand varieties of mold, it's most likely there are several other toxic species living in that house.

That's the mansion her & 2pac use to hang out at . There's a big story behind this mansion. Her actual house where she lives is 2 or 3 miles away from here. This manion been abandoned for decades and somehow the grass still been getting cut , certain things in that mansion are still kept in good condition.
I remember this manor that was abandoned near where I lived. When I discovered it, it was only abandoned for 1 year everything was sealed off and the back door was unlocked. No one knew it was abandoned as the gates were always shut and it had 20-meter trees surrounding most of the perimeter. Me and my high school girlfriend always went there and you can guess what we did there 😂. It looked similar to the home alone house just a lot bigger with a large driveway and garden
I look at foreclosed homes to buy. If you havent figured it out ALWAYS take a mask, gloves, rubber boots or similar, and a strong flashlight. How long have you been doing this? Take proper precautions because they all have mold and fungus growing.
Careful walking around in flooded areas.....I've been shocked by live wires underwater (outlets / etc). Now if I gotta go in I wear rubber boots up to my knees.

I doubt this house was owned by Madonna, or if she did own it she most likely didn't live there. She probably bought it for someone else so then it might have just been in her name only. Based on actual houses she has lived in this house is not even close to her style. She has lived in goth type castle looking homes and Italian villa type homes. Agreed. I was thinking the same. I'd actually like some proof of these claims. Seems more like a clickbait title, although I'm not impuning the video itself, which is nicely done
Prime example of why we should not worry about raising taxes on the wealthy. When they have enough money to just let beautiful properties sit abandoned and get ruined, they can afford more in taxes.

IDK what state or county this is in but I would be checking out the Assessor & Recorder's offices for some info in regards to the current owner, liens assessed, delinquent property taxes, etc. I have more than once moved into an abandoned house, cleaned up the yard and such, put all utilities in my name and lived rent free for a couple of years. This must have been during the Evita movie it was a hard moment for Madonna i have read so she didnt want any bad memories but the other families could have done better maintenance.
Demographics and cashflow are the life blood of a nation.
.madonna lives in England now.
@@dr9299 Oh man, a proud "Mansplainer." STFU.
All selling at a loss for the most part liquidating assets.

nothing soap can't cure! Thanks for the full tour!
Got to be a little more cautious when it comes to flooded areas. It could've been energized. Enjoyed the video"GOOD JOB"
Very sad this has been left abandoned ❤️
The attic was not a “waste of time,” it was interesting.
The pool table in a flooded pool room gives the name a whole new meaning 😄
Cant believe people freak out over walking barefoot through some water - if only they knew whats in the seawater they enjoy playing and swimming in on holidays... 🤣 The only worry would be pointy and sharp objects like broken glass you cant see in the water.
And the fact that it could electrocute you.
It's be cause there could be electricity running thru that water
It’s a perfect party house…
Looks like Jennifer's body is going to come out of that pool. Creepy
Lol
How much money would you want to take a dive in that pool?
I would do it for $5k
Where did the spiral staircase lead too, another room over looking the pool, or back upstairs? I know you couldnt film the outside of the house, but was it as nice as the inside? Loved to seen this house back in the day, its very nice..
Most is 80s basic but the kitchen pool and the bathrooms are well after their time 🥰
What’s old is new again et vice-versa.
Cool house! Yeah I would have walked in the water too. Ray of Light is one of my favorite Madonna songs. Thanks for the tour. Madgie fan.
Mad respect to the dude that took his shoes off👍🏾
Where is there proof that this used to belong to Madonna? Anyone can say a celebrity used to own any home. Frankly, it seems pretty ordinary to have been owned by a billionaire...
That's hers from the 90s
@@janice576 it's not from the 90s you can tell

Great video thanks for posting, wondering how you guys are able to get in the house without getting in trouble?
Absolutely loved this video. I watch all your stuff sooo interesting. Keep up the commitment 👏 From the UK 🇬🇧
I would love to have this place's floorplans it is one stunning house.

“I think I just stepped on some glass” in the most relaxed voice of ever
The thing I've always wondered about these kinds of homes: Who cleans them?
Well paid maids...🤫sshh don't tell anyone.
I used to when I was a Merry Maid. It motivated me to finish college.
@@ambilaevus7607 Props because it's not as easy as some may think. Kudos to you.🙏🏼😉
Such an awesome video!! Beautiful home. Loved the ceiling. I can't believe you walked through that water in the basement but Thank you for showing us the basement. Great video!!
I would be afraid of getting polio from that water 🤭🤢
You need a light for those dark rooms
I've been a huge Madonna fan since the early 80s, so this was definitely a treat for me to watch. 👍🏾
Did she get treated for tds?😂
Madonna nothing but a Masonic witch bro.
Me too! She is my favorite singer since she started and I liked seeing her old house.
Sad that the basement had a flood, black mold is horrible. That pool area was cool.
This was an interesting video.
It’s not her Coconut Grove HOUSE 🏡: idiot.
Yeah…it needs to be condemned.
OMG in the UK you wouldn't get a basic three up, three down with a small garden for that.
It’s always funny when they open a fridge because that’s usually the last thing anyone would wanna open due to no electric lol I’m always like you don’t wanna open that and they immediately always say wooo that smel
That's the mansion her & 2pac use to hang out at . There's a big story behind this mansion. Her actual house where she lives is 2 or 3 miles away from here. This manion been abandoned for decades and somehow the grass still been getting cut , certain things in that mansion are still kept in good condition.
Is this in Michigan?
it's ashamed the basement was flooded. It really was a nice property. Glad you wanted to show the flooded place.
Is that your vibrator and Trojans?!? 😂😅
@@ucfkid67 Maybe😂😂
This was really Madonna’s home and it was just trashed by the person who bought it?
Does anyone else panics w the camera movements suddenly looking down the stairs or ladder etc, so many jarring moments
I wonder if Madonna would recognise this place, I mean she have multiple mansions.
Devin bunny hopping that scooter made me LOL !!!! FUNNY........
Madonna fan here, thank you for this 🙂
I'll say it now! Madonna's mansion in this video looks much better than she does today!!
I wonder if Madonna has gotten a chance to see this video and she is like all ..."awe man. remember when that guy did this over that pool!" or something like that. would be so bizarre to see a former place one made memories on a youtube video.
Or, all the guys she DID in that pool!!!
@@mikep5695 LOL
@@mikep5695 I thought madonna was a virgin.
Or even more better I wonder WHAT all has taken place in the whole home just imagine her Hillingdon in the basement with some friends friends the people she hung out with here during her time of living in it

What place is this place at? I loved Modonna! "Like a Virgin"! The older she gets the prettier she gets! Thanks for sharing! Great video 👍
The "Cone-bra" wearing era didn't do anything for me.
Dude you deserve a medal after that great video
Can it be make of asbestos
@@UrbexAndChill 😁😁
It does stink that it was vandalized. It's a great house, you can tell it was built late 80's .... I have some of the same features in my 80's home, that are not easy to bring up to date but of course mine are nowhere near the scale of opulence as this ;)
I love that type of architecture! The slanted high ceilings?? Love those!
The reason I don't watch the news, the wind is blowing from the East to the West, I'm in Texas, catching the breeze
This could be converted into a college frat house.
That we be one of the sickest frat house ever..
It would end up in a worse state than it is now
Dude you are dedicated to getting some footage I respect that
I doubt this house was owned by Madonna, or if she did own it she most likely didn't live there. She probably bought it for someone else so then it might have just been in her name only. Based on actual houses she has lived in this house is not even close to her style. She has lived in goth type castle looking homes and Italian villa type homes. The house on this video looks more like an upscale Brady Bunch house, ijs.
Agreed. I was thinking the same. I'd actually like some proof of these claims. Seems more like a clickbait title, although I'm not impuning the video itself, which is nicely done
100% AGREED.
Thought the same thing lol. She used to buy homes for friends/family so perhaps this was the case here.
Prime example of why we should not worry about raising taxes on the wealthy. When they have enough money to just let beautiful properties sit abandoned and get ruined, they can afford more in taxes.
I don't believe Madonna would have lived in this house, she has better taste.
Elites have terrible tastes and they are horrible people!
This was awesome video and hope your feet are OK and hope you took pictures of the pool table while you were there 💯 loved the video thank you for sharing
Since this is on a golf course, there might be an HOA involved, IDK. My main point is this . ... .. there are so many abandoned homes that get thrashed in the USA because no one is living in them. Pair that up with the many homeless veterans, etc.
Lol this is a valuable property that is illegal to occupy. Homeless veterans would not last a week.
what you made is a clear fraud. didn't your parents teach
you any moral values when you were a child? they certainly
taught you that, but do you make your own wrong rules?
Do you realize just how much work and money it would take to repair that house from all the water damage?? Probably more than the house is worth. Mold is everywhere
@@AnastaziaValvaine - My roomies and I made IMPROVEMENTS to the properties by residing in them. We NEVER were arrested or sued by the owners. It takes less than a month for the druggies to move in to an abandoned home. They do a lot of damage to a home.
Do you know how easy it is in this state to take someone's property?? Make the property tax payments for a couple of years and then petition the Court.
@@nanduarte2119 - That particular house, I would dry the basement out but I wouldn't use the basement at all.
SIMPLY GORGEOUS HOME.. THANK YOU SO MUCH
All these mansions and we are fighting to house injured mothers with children and feed them and the homeless or orphans we as a country need to do better we are failing our citizens that need help, evry sense the 80s greed hit this country, we have steady been Becoming a more selfish society. Nothing about men needing shelter. Typical.
Thumbs up for 7:57 going the distance to show us it ALL. thanks, you all, enjoyed!
Explains why she left. The basement kept flooding. 🤔
You never went down the stairs in the garage! I was waiting on that the whole time🤬🤬🤬
Lol it's really not that serious
Great vids!
That house is so NOT her style. It's all about that charming southern european (french, italian, very authentic style) that she likes.. She stayed in a gorgeous place in Lisbon, it was small, cozy, and even the neighbours were just normal people.. nothing fancy.
When the mega million jackpot 1 billion and you window shopping on what to buy got me here!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
No way it was Madonna’s house. Too many windows, too close to the public, and nothing like her style. Maybe she bought it for somebody else.
I am totally skeptical .I think it's click bait .I have a hard time believing it.its.still entertaining .though
Most guys chicken out when they see water kiddos to you for being brave and bringing pure content 😊
Does anyone ever think about electrocution as they're walking into water in abandoned places? 😊
Me😅😅
I thought 💭 of it right away 😬
me too
I don't think there was any electricity flowing. It looks like no one has lived there in years!
Electrocution would be quick, flesh eating disease takes weeks....
The trouble with these stars who have so much money, they build these big houses live in it for a short while then they leave it to vandals. Too much money they have to spread round.
That place was great. You are brave to walk in that nasty ass mold water. Lol thanks
Subbed because I like these kinds of vids. Nice dedication. And ofc the Oliver tree reference. I was def thinking that when I first saw the scooter way earlier in the video 😂
Someone keeps turning the water on in the pool for all that water to flow to where the pool table is. Can u report anonymously how flooded the bottom floor is to dept of building and safety in the area. Otherwise the damage will be unfixable. House might have to be condemned.
Already damned, haunted with lots of hiding places!
One of my favorite songs from madonna from the mid 90's take a bow great song

This makes me so sad. People can really suck. Why throw rocks through windows!?? This home seems like it could have been saved if it was left in. 2018, why did no one come to its rescue?? 1980’s contemporaries are some of my favorite homes. Heartbreaking. What states is this in!?
The costs to fix it plus taxes are probably very high.
