Looks great and I will try it but let me give you a big thumbs up for Sticky Chilli Ginger sauce. I marinate and cook salmon using it and it has never let me down. Excellent product.

This looks delicious! The only thing I will do differently is to break up the potatoes before adding everything to avoid mashing everything too much and reduce the amount of hot mustard. A little of that goes a long way.

I like doing baked salmon with a teriyaki or miso glaze.. I do slow roast at 110C for 18-20mins than switch to grill mode for 4-5mins to get that sear

Regarding your comment about roasting broccoli.. Do you recommend this with other vegetables? Brussels Sprouts? Butternut/Acorn Squash? Potatoes (sweet or non-sweet)? Carrots?

Looks a bit overcooked for my taste. I love to get it crispy on the outside pan frying and still blushing pink in centre. The air fryer works surprisingly well as long as you don’t leave it in too long too.
I get fomo with no crispy skin ! Marion I wonder if that could be removed and crisped up in air fryer or pan to add back to this dish ?

if you're going to make this try for the real thing or if you had some imitation you could slowly add by the-spoon but remember that changes the flavors or a small amount of brown sugars in room temp water.... I hope this helps some!!...

      Yes! Or agave syrup.

Or even fruit juice like orange or pineapple - perhaps cut down on the amount.

I'm not trying to be dumb here but I've never cooked with Asian spices. Where would you get the umami that you showed in your video or is that miso??

If only we could buy wild caught salmon in Australia. I don’t eat salmon bcz I don’t eat farmed fish with all it’s antibiotics added to it’s feed (parasites). It is such a shame as I like my fish undercooked in the middle & wouldn’t trust farmed fish this way nor sushi or sashimi.
