- On my 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV the windshield washer stopped working. Turns out to be a broken washer nozzle on the drivers side. It's a $11.00 part # 28933-3WC0A . I'm sure I cant be the only one with this problem. Detailed instruction here www.nicoclub.c... Page 65
This is exactly what started happening with my wife's car you are a light saver a saint and a gentleman
Same problem. I’ll try this. Thanks a lot
I had the same problem in my wife's Nissan. I couldn't find my flat blade screwdriver so I tried smashing it with my axe which I am pleased to say fixed the problem.
Same thing has happened to my husband’s 2009 Versa. It’s been a fantastic car, otherwise. It’s incredibly reliable and we’ve been very happy with it. I wanted to get this fixed on it. Thank you for the video :)
Came here looking for right way to remove the nozzle moulding. Smashing it with a flathead screwdriver and hammer isn’t that great a procedure...
Same issue 2016 versa note 50,000 miles. Its a pain to pull all that out just to fix a small issue.
Where did you buy the nozzle? I have the same problem but the Nissan dealership just told me they do not sell the nozzle by itself, they only sell the nozzle and the hose as 1 unit for $93!!
I bought at the dealer 7 years ago it was only 11.00 USD
Thanks for showing the problem, what about the prices of taking them out
Not sure on a price as I did this myself its extremely easy
@@TechnozSki try to do it didn't get anything out
Thanks bruuh
Any time
Hi, where did you find the nozzle for $11 ? I have the same year and model you have, but the only price I get on that nozzle is $25 plus shipping.
I picked it up at the dealer, this was some time ago maybe prices went up?
Cheapest I found in Canada was $75... $56 US
I have this same issue with my wife's versa and I've been trying to figure it out. If you hadn't broke the nozzle would've it been a matter of just cleaning it out? Or would've you had to order a new nozzle anyways?
The nozzle barb end that connect to the hose is broken it has to be replaced. When you get the part it will already have a length of hose attached to the new one. Remove the old one, then flip up hood and remove those plastic nuts and you can remove the old hose where it connects to junction near passenger side nozzle. Feed the new nozzle in from top of hood and snake the new hose to where that junction is and your good to go. Took me about 10 minutes.
Hello do you have something for nissan micra 2010 headlight washer is not working
No replacement. No procedure. You should rename your video.
So what was the issue? Trying to figure out but you haven't explained it very well...
Sorry it was the plastic nozzle it broke where the rubber washer hose connects under the hood.
Same thing works with 07-12 sentra?
My car is doing the same thing. Driver side just like you said. I just bought it used it only has 16 thousand miles. I am trying to find out if it's still under warranty. Three years/ thirty thousand miles. Does that mean either or. Not sure. Anybody out there know?
Theresa Romeo I have a 2010 Versa and had the same issue. Turns out there’s a little wire mesh filter filter in the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir that was clogged with this blue gunk from years of being submerged in the fluid. I removed the reservoir (three bolts I believe?) and popped out the filter. Cleaned it in the sink with a scrubby brush and reinstalled it. Put the reservoir back in, three bolts. Filled up the reservoir and voila; full force washer spray on the windshield. Good luck, Ms. Romeo.
