I will laugh if Deku had a quirk when he was "quirkless" which was the quirk of nullifying your own power. So Shigaraki steals a quirk that just nullifies him.

I don’t think Shigaraki deserves to be saved at this point, but if somehow Izuku does end up “saving” child Shigaraki, I hope that all the quirks rebel against OP Shigaraki, and it’s his “child soul” side of himself that is holding him down to let him be torn apart from the inside. Like, “I refuse to let myself hurt anyone else, so let’s go out together “ vibe. I think that would be both dark and a super cool ending.
Shiggy doesn’t deserve to live anymore. Deku needs to put the thing out of its misery.

I don’t like how Yoichi had stated, “We need to put an end to Shigaraki… That’s the only reason we’re still here.” I have a feeling that it is Horikoshi’s way of preparing us for this to end with a quirkless Deku after everything. I really hope I am wrong, because Izuku deserves at least the core of OFA.
I hate it too because if he does become quirkless Bakugo is going to be number one by default (a title he hardly deserves after everything he put izuku through) and izuku will probably be put in general studies.

@@lolsakus I agree. If quirks aren’t just erased entirely somehow, it’s still going to be a challenge for everyone to just go back to the way things were. I mean, Horikoshi did show us Endeavor’s flashback of class 1-A walking tall as “heroes,” but who’s to say that it will still be that. Heroes vs Villains. I just hope he doesn’t rush the ending too quickly… It’d actually be kinda nice to see Izuku’s middle school classmates react to him if he does in fact “save everyone.” Because obviously the kid will be on the news and HOW could they not see him? He was extremely ridiculed in middle school, he’s owed at least that much as well.

If Shigaraki makes Mt. Fuji erupt and he and Deku end up fighting on a volcanic hellscape, that would be beyond epic. It will be like when Obi-Wan Kenobi fought Darth Vader for the first time in Revenge of the Sith. When the anime version of this fight comes out, I hope someone makes an AMV of it with Battle of the Heroes in the background.

I think what might help is if Shigeraki steals float and Shimera can talk to him from the inside. It’s time she confronted her mistakes directly. The stakes are back to the same level as it was with Dabi.

I don't think Deku's mercy towards Shigaraki is a weakness. I suspect it will be a strength that lets him circumvent Danger Sense. It doesn't activate if there's no malice behind incoming attacks. And my leading theory is that Deku will ultimately let OFA get stolen so a vestige of Deku will end up inside Shigaraki who will find and "rescue" the scared child at the core of Shigaraki's being.

Shigaraki has to be one of the most OP antagonists in Modern Shonen. I firmly believe we’re all underestimating how dangerous he really is.
Makes you wonder if this is truly the final fight or if we're seeing a prelude to a global fight that's devastating and horrifying.

@@Tsurugi-cm1vf - When Shig first tried to take OFA, there were no vestiges. There was a Battle of Wills against Shig and Deku. Deku ended up winning that battle, and Shig could not take OFA.
Then there was this infinite stamina regeneration, which does not make sense. Shig never had that power to begin with. He only had that destroying type of quirk. AFO did not have the regeneration, so where did Shig get that? It would not be part of his quirk factor for destroying things. He got a OP new quirk, out of nowhere with no side effects to anything.
Finallly the growing of hands and body. I could see this as part of his destruction or something from the AFO quirk. That could make sense, seeing how we see AFO use something like it, a release of every quirk factor.
There are two things that seem to come out of the bloom, the immediate taking of the power of OFA, skipping the battle of wills; and the infinite regeneration with no draw backs.
Since we still don't know where Kurogiri, Eraserhead and Present Mic warped too, I feel like Shigaraki and Deku might end up accidentally meeting up with the trio.
It would be pretty interesting if Kurogiri ends up betraying Shigaraki and ends up joining the heroes' side.
Or what if they end getting warped at Takoba Stadium where Sero, Ojiro, Sato, Ryukyu, Thirteen and some 1-B students fight against Gashly so it’s called Takoba Stadium Team vs Paranormal Liberation Front
Imagine if it ends up a movie, featuring parts from the vigilantes spin off thingy-

I see Kurogiri dying by Shigaraki’s hand, driving Mic and Aizawa mad with grief. And as Kurogiri slowly dies he sees Midnight’s ghost.
It’s the end of the series. Literally the final fight. Deku isn’t going to fail because there’s no time left for another arc or character arc of “learning everyone can’t be saved”. Or “the guilt of innocent people dying”
He already knows this in the dark deku arc. And it’s at the point where if he doesn’t talk shigaraki down, how else is he gonna win? People act like he’s purposefully not killing him as if he is even able to. Shigaraki is almost beyond killable at this point.
It’s not a matter of deku being “naive” it’s a matter of if he can or can’t. If he can, Japan is saved. If he can’t, Japan is doomed. There’s no defeating shigaraki at the stage deku is in right now. And since it’s the end of the series in a shonen. He’ll succeed or just narrowly avoid the destruction of everything by getting through to him
This entire series has been pushing by the idea of hope and deku is meant to be horikoshi’s idea of what the concept of a real hero is supposed to be.
We’ve been *shown* that it’s someone who wants to save everyone. Someone who tries to put people at ease, *and* someone who understands that the world isn’t black and white so not everyone can be saved or reasoned with. He learned this in the previous arc already and there’s no time left for him to learn it again for no reason
Im starting to think the ending defeat for shigaraki is going to be deku getting all the other vestigaes stolen, and deku willingky giving over one for all. And i think once he does that, itll trigger something and cause his defeat somehow
This is my leading theory too. More specifically, Deku allows OFA to be stolen. All the vestiges end up inside Shigaraki. Including a vestige of Deku. This vestige is able to reach the scared child at Shigaraki's core and finally break his hatred.
Quirk doomsday theory

@@Agent-57 Agreed. Given how much emphasis is made on the Quirk Doomsday Theory I have a feeling absorbing all the power will just be too much. Despite all of what Shigaraki's modifications have given him, I think the power would be too much and he has to decay OFA and dies in the process.
I believe that the quirk factors inside shigaraki are gonna start rebeleing against him, even going as far as acting on their own, i.e danger sense intentionally activating at the wrong time
The quirk factors can't suddenly take on a totally different function (or dysfunction in this case), just cause.

@@Ch4rlz_ThA_Princ3 it’s not a rule, it’s a scenario being posed by the writer of the story. “What if stolen Quirks were to resist? What would happen to the person who stole them?” Then the question was posed again when Quirk factors rebelled against AFO and he had to actively suppress them again. The writer clearly wants us to consider the possibility, or they wouldn’t have made such a big deal of each instance of it occurring.

That was a bad call for Shiggy to take that quirk. We know now that quirk factors can rebel from there owners. I just realized that the stolen vestige can now look for little shiggy!

What if the stockpile actually further enhances the strength of the remaining quirk factors? I suggest this idea because there is one less quirk factor to divide up the accumulated power among and it was stated that the accumulated power will not decrease even when a quirk factor is lost.
Of course, I understand that I am assuming that the increase in quirk factor strength within One for All is a result of a division of the accumulated power within it, so I could be missing the mark here.
That said, if this assumption is true, it is possible that Deku's remaining quirk factors could strengthen as their numbers decrease.
One interesting thing to note about All for One is that he shot a spike at Katsuki despite saying he was unable to use his Quirks because they all rebelled against him.
Does this imply that All for One’s mother was the only vestige that didn’t join in that rebellion and that she, being the oldest vestige within him, supported him from birth up to his very last moments? Imagine being a mother who sees her son doing the most heinous actions yet never turning your back on him like his brother did.

Deku first used Gearshift during his fight with a quirkless Shiggy he turned it off and caught his breath when Gentle and Nagant showed up.
He used briefly to boost Bakugo then turned it off.
Now he is using it for a third and final time against Shiggy who is now able to use his quirks.
It has not been on the entire time.
And it’s likely the blowback is only relevant when he uses it on himself since it’s oxygen deprivation and fast cell activation so we might even say he’s used it functionally twice only
I have notice that danger sense more works like an anger radar than actual sensing danger

It senses the anger towards the user not the danger or it can be a little of both
the point when Shigaraki absorbs his grandma will shake Shigaraki's psyche quite a bit
I believe that in the end, Deku will transfer OFA to Shigaraki in the end. This is will not only bring him into the vestige world of OFA and bring him down mentally. Not to mention that OFA enhancing AFO to extreme levels such that he is not able ta adapt fast enough, with the vestiges killing him from inside being the nail to the coffin

He says while showing an image of All Might. I’m pretty sure killing All for One wasn’t a difficult decision and the world would’ve been a better place if he actually stayed dead. Hell the villains would’ve been unstoppable if Hawks didn’t kill Twice.
Deku is not broken yet he’s just began his fight against Shigaraki and I’m assuming we’re only 5 or 6 chapters left before Final War ends but we still need Eraser Head and Present Mic vs Kurogiri and Sero along with Ojiro, Sato, Ryukyu, Thirteen and some Class 1-B (Tsuburaba is here but I think Shiozaki and Shishida will be here too since they team up on Joint Training) vs Gashly but both minor fights will probably last about 1 or 2 chapters with 5 pages each as cutaways and maybe Sero and Aizawa’s fight will end up at Takoba Stadium so it’s called Takoba Stadium Team vs Paranormal Liberation Front

I have a wonder if Eri is going to end up getting involved somehow in this. I feel like if so, she is going to end up rewinding the situation as a whole a bit now that she has learned how to use her ability, at least to a point. It would be a good use of a combo they've used in the past like the Deku infinite 100% with Eri keeping his condition in peak as he fought Overhaul.
Remember that Scene at the beginning of Season 2 , where deku is Surrounded by Villains and Fire , That might become a Reality because of where the fight is taking place right now and if it happens then it is one of the Best Cases of Foreshadowing ever
What if Deku somehow manages to use danger sense to his advance? tricking it to maybe not sense his threat (as he ultimately wants to help shigaraki) Also would it be possible that they pull an inside boycot like what happened to AFO?

I have an idea of how deku could maybe beat shiggy,shiggy actually steal all of one for all but deku has grabbed a bit of shiggys hair and then consumes it because shiggy has the transfer qwirk and even though shiggy would not want deku to inherent it but do to all the vestiges in the complete one for all do so the qwirk has given deku one for all
I'm going to suggest that... The quirk factors don't return as they are but instead return as their nascent state - quirk potential. Meaning those who lost their quirks may not get them back, but instead manifest new ones.
In honesty even if Hawks ends up Quirkless he still has the last laugh on All for One
If it weren’t for him being a double agent with the LoV, Tomura would’ve been awakened unhindered, the PLF would’ve grown in numbers, All for One would’ve possessed him and later go on to steal New Order and One for All before the heroes even knew what was going on behind the scenes.
He may have lost his Quirk at the moment but he’s still alive, unlike a certain wannabe demon lord. Just to add more salt on the wound Hawks could always get his Quirk back as Eri trains to control Rewind, the same Quirk that ended up killing AfO.

Shigaraki really said « I reject my humanity Deku ! »
This feels like Aang vs. Phoenix King Oozi where everyone is telling the hero to kill the villain but ends up finding an alternative solution like removing the powers or something. I mean that's fine but there's gotta be a point where trying to "save" the villain has to come at a cost, trading life for a life wouldn't work here as Deku is still a child and no one should expect something like that. Losing the very powers you deserved doesn't work here either as they already made a point that Deku wouldn't be able to stay a hero after this fight anyway.
So my prediction is both OFA and AFO will cancel each other out in some way, the Eri reconnects both Shigeraki and Deku back to the powers but at a clean slate. The problem with Shigeraki is how unstable he is and giving all of AFO will break him because Deku will be included in the Quirk as well save the child inside Shigeraki causing his body and Quirks to stop functioning until Eri rewind Shigeraki back to before he got the Decaying quirk and Deku to the day he got OFA. Giving Shigeraki AFO with zero other Quirks to interfere with his mentality, and Deku will be like the first user except he gets to keep all the stockpile strength as that's part of the core of the Quirk.
At least that would make sense to me.
i think shigorakis downfall will be him succeding in stealing another or most of the quirks from deku becuase as soon as Float/Nana gets inside Shigaraki she will start talking with inner Shinko and i predict this battle might just end with Tenko taking control and giving back dekus quirks then disentgrating himself and i could even see shinko giving deku his healing quirk so hed be able to die by disentagration
Deku keeps saying it’ll be the last time he uses Gearshift yet in a few chapters he ends up using it again. That statement lost meaning.
Plus Tomura was somehow able to adapt to the reality breaking speed of a OfA empowered Gearshift. Now that Quirk just seems less impressive

I feel like Danger sense will not work the same way for Shigaraki like for Deku , Deku is fighting but his end goal is to save him instead of trying to kill him .
This would explain why the story set up that brief skirmish between Deku and Toga- they wanted to show us (and Deku) a weakness of Danger Sense, as a note for a future battle.

Stars and Stripes was placed into a random thug and could come back into the fray
Shigi has evolved as a human due to his quirks and has become something more and while his evolution was artificial in part deku as his more natural counter could be the first naturally evolved human in response to all the pain and suffering he’s endured since gaining ofa and from the battle. We’ve seen everyone with natural quirks evolve so I makes sense deku would evolve himself to face shigi.
Deku's dad just might come during the battle at Mt.Fuji, and if he does, I'm willing to put out there that the lava fields inside the volcano will give his Fire Breath a power boost that'll at least stall Shigaraki for a little bit until help arrives. Or maybe we'll see Shinsou or perhaps Monoma and Aizawa make a reappearance- though Shinsou is the more likely option here, considering that he hasn't been captured by any villains as far as we know.

One thing I can say is that shigaraki is great villain I love how we see him transform from a week man child from a destructive overlord me and some of my friends were talking and we decided that black clover demon slayer and my hero academia are the mini trio in the new gen the reason why jujutsu kaisen is not in it is because it's already apart of a trio which is called the drak trio and it is the king in that also jujutsu kaisen is the best new gen right now in my opinion it's on another level 😂 but out of all of the 3 black clover is my favorite

I bet it's more like shigaraki unlocks the ability to just take quirks from folks regardless of touching them with maybe stealing blackwhip, takes every quirk, and deku has to convince him to give up the power or he'll die, something something forgiveness, and deku with all that work he's naturally put into his body versus all the modifications shigaraki's taken, absorbs all the quirks and after some struggle, stabilizes.

I can see Deku getting thru to shigaraki or at least one of his quirk factors probably his grandmother however with that being said i can see Shigaraki releasing all his stolen quirks to the Rightful owners and that's when we find out Decay was actually Deku's quirk and one of the stolen quirks is probably Deku's father they have a brief meeting and the end or something..
If Shigaraki and Deku were brothers or related somehow I think this is how you could get Shigaraki calm down from his craziness.

Deku needs to learn, heroes can't save everyone, and that some people can't be saved, because they don't WANT to be saved.
He already did in the previous arc. The series is in its final run of chapters. He isn’t going to re learn this because there’s no time. He’s going to succeed because there’s no way for him to win otherwise. It’s so much less of a question of whether he should or shouldn’t kill shigaraki, but a question of if he even can at all. If talking doesn’t work the series will have a “bad” ending. And this is a shonen so at the worst it’ll likely be bittersweet. So he’ll succeed

Calling it shigaraki will probably steal a couple more quirks before deku could “reach” tenko. Maybe even steal OFA completely before saving tenko.
I kinda doubt that will happen cause all for one’s goal was to steal ofa not tomura s it could happen but i doubt it will cause remember tomura said that he doesn’t want ofa but we’re just going to have to wait and see I could definitely see deku getting through to him somehow but I seriously doubt he will give him ofa but that’s just a guess

I think deli might have to give up all the works in OFA to make it a mental and physical battle, but I also think he will keep base OFA
I think the trojan horse theory is good. However, I think the 4th user is going to find the little scared kid version of Shigaraki within the body and together they will limit his uses of Decay somehow
I predict that if Shigaraki steals OFA he will somehow end up hurt because OFA can now only be given to a quirkless user or else they would die, so imagine what if would do with a user with multiple quirks if that makes sense.

The series has always been heavy w/ foreshadowing, so I wouldn't put it past them to have hinted the ending this entire time- "One For All"
Deku gives One For All to all of his classmates, and together they are able to defeat Shigaraki.
To a certain extent, Deku NEEDS to keep reaching out to Tenko Shimura, because that drive is a core aspect of who Deku is. He can’t choose to sacrifice Shigaraki for the sake of everyone else, because if he did, he wouldn’t be the same person anymore. Even if he logically knows it’s the most rational choice or even the correct choice or even the ONLY choice, Deku might very well be absolutely incapable of doing that.
I feel like I’m not gonna be able to read all of these issues in time
I think this is the way for one for all to still be passed down to next generation
Imagine we end up with a quirkless Izuku in the end.
Pros: He CAN be a hero like allmight without a quirk and it's very narratively satisfying.
Cons: This will be the strongest he'll ever be.

I’m fairly certain that Erasurehead, Present Mic, and Kurogiri/Shirokumo will play a significant role in either this battle or whatever is happening with Ojiro and Ryukyu
I would say Eraser Head, Present Mic and Kurogiri will end up being warped at Takoba Stadium battlefield where Sero, Ojiro, Sato, Ryukyu, Thirteen and some 1-B students is fighting against Gashly so it can be called Takoba Stadium Team vs Paranormal Liberation Front since ch 406 begins as intro
