- Here's our first venture back into the stores in June - Cousin Mel and I donned our masks and went out happily to enjoy looking at all the primitive home decor goods eye candy that we had been missing so much! 30 minutes packed with beautiful antiques, primitive wonders and lots of laughing. These are some of the stores we love!

Thanks Anne. I got up early and with my cup of coffee watched this video and last saw the heart with the gown. Looked like it had been there forever! I love shopping with you and Mel. Several things I would have purchased had I been there. For instance, in the beginning there was a little black bench I found so cute. Anyway, thank you.😊❤️

Thank you for insisting that Mel keep her mask in position. Eventhough there was apparently "no one there" and she says she is social distancing, You were there and merchants were there and we still do not know all there is to know about covid. I have lost 2 friends in their 30s. I also have 2 friends in there 20's that caught it.
This said, it is wonderful to see your shopping videos among other content. I like your aesthetic. You have a good eye for sure. You seem like a fun shopping companion.
Everything in the vintage thrift option that is in my reach is still closed here in DC. I miss it.

Thanks so much for watching. I had to look at the date on this because I totally forgot about this shopping trip. - looks like it was this summer when the cases were very low in our area but I agree - I've taken this very seriously - everyone in my family has. I know people who have died also - and many people who are experiencing long term effects. My daughter was very sick last March - she was one of the first to get it - and it was terrifying watching her gasp for breath and at that point there was no treatment but stay home until you can't breath anymore kind of thing.
It cracked me up that you had to make sure we knew that you weren't old enough for George Washington to be your grandpa! Hahaha!

Looks like some fabulous shops! There are a few primitive shops, up a bit north of the ones your showing, in Middlesex, County too!
When the pandemic is over - I've got more exploring to do...
I laughed hard when Mel got scared by the jack in the box! I love y’all’s antiques up there in New England. You can’t find things like that down in Texas and certainly not for the price tag you showed on that crock.

I have filled my house with things I love, because when I go shopping I want to buy everything. In other words, my home reminds me of a ‘gift shop’. Lol😍

You’ll see it in the home tour which I’ll get up after my syllabus is done for school. I’m using that as an office right now. It looks lovely... the lace mantle cover is there too.
So many great things to look at and buy. I just saw the Uxbridge sign which makes me think That these stores are not that far from Northern Rhode Island. Where are they located? I would love to visit.
Eunice Nield oh not far at all! Everything is on or right off Route 16. Go up 146 and then head right on 16. First store will be primitive goods on your left at Stanley Woolen Mills. Less than a mile down the road you’ll turn right on Hecla street, follow it all the way to the end and you’re at Bernat Antiques. And then get back on 16 and head out to Mendon. Turn right at the light by the bank and Country Bumpkins is a block down. You can hit them all in a few hours. Just go Thursday - Sunday to make sure their all open. They are closed the beginning of the week.

I'm so sorry - just seeing this now. I use music from Epidemic Sound which is a music licensing company for social media. Unfortunately, by the time I get the videos together, I don't pay much attention to who the artists are and after I create the video, I delete the original file so I can't tell you.

Hi Lisa - Country Bumpkins, Primitive Thymes, Tessiers Changes of Thyme and Primitive Goods all ship. I feature them regularly. They don't have websites so you just watch the videos and call in.
