Great question! In this video we teach basics for working with all different types of fabrics. When it comes to laying out a piece of furniture you would need to measure the furniture or the old pieces of fabric and center the repeat on the fabric (at least when you begin). This intro video didn’t cover the in depth details but we will keep that in mind for future videos!
