I'm looking for light duty straps with a cam lock type mechanism that will also not loosen on long trips. How are the Rollercam straps holding up? Any experience with Nite-ize Cam Jam straps? Not the XTs that are made for rope.
These straps have held up very well. I used them to help secure gear to the roof of my truck during a 3 week trip to CO from CT with off roading and camping!
I used these straps for 3 weeks straight during a trip from CT to CO in June. Constant sun exposure, a couple rainy days, and unbuckling the equipment on the rack every morning/night. The straps worked perfectly. Only thing I noticed was the orange print fading in the sunlight.
While the product is good, it’s pretty much impossible to take any impression seriously as getting stuff for free is unrealistic for everyone else. I know this won’t happen because I’m sure it must be extremely tempting to just send out mass emails and get everything you can for free, but you should be buying everything with your own money, you are getting paid by the company to shill out their products, albeit indirectly.
Smartly designed and engineered. Love the lengths woven into the strap. Allows for mixing and matching to get custom lengths. Nice.
Agreed!
Thanks for your honest review, Ken! We're so glad our straps were up the test. Looking forward to seeing #whatcanyoucam in the future!

Great video!
What us that stubby antenna on your hood??
Thats a GMRS radio used for communication 👍
I like the design. I just wish they'd use a better grade metal than a zinc based pot metal called "zamak." That's the weak link in all of this.
So if both 6 ft straps have a loop and a roller cam how did you connect them. The roller cam looks like it is sewn in.
Its 2 separate straps. Each have a loop end. One of them has the cam buckle and the other has nothing and you slide the blank end into the buckle.
LOL, I guess you got them after all.
Be great to see how they look in 12months time with every day use in arduous conditions

Do you have a discount code?
Unfortunately no, but definitely check them out. Not very expensive and totally worth it👍
Try Torkstrap much better
