I LOVE YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH, thank you sooo much!!!!!! I was trying to control stepper motor using L298n with nodumcu, my input was more than 12v and I forgot to remove the jumper your one tip made my day thank you soo, by the way your explanation was perfectly good you walk through every simple steps and I appreciate that. Thanks once again!
Was struggling to do a project with motor drivers! and BOOM ....
Now iam able to complete my project as if it was a magic😉
Thank You soo much for ur fantastic video....
Really grateful to have ur video
"Ground Should Be Common For 2 Power Supplies" this solved my biggest problem!!! ThankYou So Much 🎀
Hahha very funny
OMG. Your comment just saved my ass on this project I'm working on thank you so much! Also ofc the video was great too it's just I was being way too impatient and skipping through!
Brroo pls explain what you have commented here
@@kaviprakashv3241 the negative terminals of both devices should be connected to a single power source, such that the Arduino can send signals to motor driver.
If the negative of Arduino is not connected to motor driver then it's circuit would be called as an 'open circuit' in which no current travels.
Same problem,now solved
Thank you very much! I got all the information I was searching for quick and simple. Amazing video!
I saw many videos but I did not understand a thing, but when I saw your video everything was clear. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
honestly a great video i missed to connect arduinos GND to modules GND cause u i corrected my mistake now its working fine thank you mam for great video...
Thank you so much, i'm a total newbie to electronics, never heard of this bords before.
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH PLEASE UPLOAD MORE!!!! This Video was such a brilliant and perfect explanation without any fancy words and simple to follow instructions! Once again thank you so much :D
Great, simple, easy to get and short..great work.
OMG you make this so easy to understand. Thanks!!!
What an awesome video.... Thanks a lot . you made my day. I was working on till 6 hours and i was just skipping but when i see your tutorial i got the thing❤️❤️❤️.... Thank you
please tell me ur circuit diagram
hia...if I were connecting 2 X 12V @ 0.1A brushless DC (PC) fans to this board, to power the fans and account for the 1.4V loss of power to the L298N transistors, would I be right in thinking I need to use a 13.4V (let's say) @ 2A power supply?
If I'm correct, will I then also have to remove the 5V output jumper as it's > 12V?
Never knew that was a stipulation regards the usage of the 5V output...is it documented anywhere?
Thanks for your vid and any feedback you may have 👍
It is a great video with clear explaination and background music as well. Thanks.
best dc motor controller tutotial video so far
Girl! This was so clear. Thank you so much.
Thanks mam you helped us to find the problem for controlling the speed of motors.
Just found this video, its super helpful!
Was very easy to follow.good instructions
Can you also do a tutorial on how to replicate a garage door operation with a single push button, that is forward, stop reverse?
very nice explanation ,easy to understand for a newcomer.
THANKS A LOT, I HAD NO IDEA OF HOW TO REMOVE THE JUMPERS
this video is helpful.
it helped my to solve my issue with motor driver
thank you very much for indairectly help in my collage project through your vedio we make the project
Your explanation is very high class
Very nice video! In your video you used lower voltage to drive the motors. In my case, I want to use arduino+ L298N to control a 24V motor (full speed). How can I set up the connection to power the motor (preferably not using a breadboard)? Thanks!
Maam please tell are u using an transmitter or remote how are u controlling it
thank you for speaking english well understand always watching
Mam can I use this driver with 5v DC motors are they compatible with it please reply fast I need to do that for my project
are BO geared motors necessary ? or we can connect toy car DC motors directly ?
When should I ground both GNDs of Driver and arduino?
before or after burning code?
Hi ma’am, I have a doubt . I have a pump of 3.7v,0.1 A and can I connect that to this L298N .If so what are the changes or additional components required
Pump is - kamoer 3.7v 0.1A
Umm we have to connect the enabling wire with pwm? Or the input wires?
can we activate the motors alternatively by using this circuit but different code?
Extremely amazing video. Keep it up!!
Thanks
Wow!! Very clear. Thanks and one more thing I have a doubt with power supply. May I use single source of power supply through arduino Vin pin.
I love this channel. Recommended. 10/10. Outstanding.
so not true:p
thank you so much...you can't imagin how much i needed it
Does the testing method only work if the jumpers are there?
awesome and precise!!! thanks, ma'am
What if we used a motor driver shield. Do we still have to power the Arduino separately?
thanks for sharing the video, if i want to run 10 motors 12v then how does it work, please tell me.
I have 3 TB6612FNG motor driver. I am trying to connect 3 motor drivers to arduino. Which arduino should i use?
Thanks for the clear explanation.
Motor rotates with power of battery connected to driver or usb cable?
Nice explanation best of luck for next video
Really helpful - thank you!
Thanks a lot. Very easy demonstration
" Whenever you use two power supply you have to make sure ground should be common for both "
I wanna marry you for this line.
Thanks a lot specially for this.
(I had a problem like touching the heat sink (that black metal) increases the power of motor)
How many voltage are u using? I tried mine but speed of the wheel is pretty slow and somehow only one wheel is working. Btw im using 6V connect both Arduino and driver
Thank you sooo much, it helped me a lot
thank you for this video but If i want to run 4 wheel with L298N motor driver and arduino mega 2560 then how will i do connections
Can I use 3S (2200mah) lithium Ion battery pack as my input to the motor driver..?
With the same motor driver i can only operate one motor...whenever i connect both motors it stops working....is it because i am using a 9 volt battery with the driver?cause individually they work with full power...what should i do?
thank you, very clear and helpful شكرا حزيلا
Thanks its best totorial for testing l298n and arduino..
Can I use 10A current with l298n?
You didnt show bidirectional mevement. Is it possible to run motors in opposit directions?
Can i ask, can i use powerbank thank power supply? Please reply
Mam, what is the maximum input current that could be given to L298n
We can use for 24v dc motor 250w
What DC motors did u use
Hey ma'am .
Can we control two l298n drive using node mcu board ? Please help
Perfect, thank you
Hi, tnx for your awesome vid, I got a question, what is the minimum current required? I'm using two 9v batteries that are paralleled and yet it doesn't work (hardly moves)
Put the pins ,that he told in the video, back where it saya N1 N2 etc
Whats the average voltage drop in this driver?
hi does anyone have idea what motor and tyer is she using
Mam, can u please provide the code for the project. The link given is not working
how to control dc motor speed via bluetooth range? meaning if distance is beyond the certain distance motor speed will speed up? it is possible?
Can we use dc motor instead of a gear motor
thanks! very nice tutorial
Vo bhi diffrent speed par or anlog input se 4motor ki speed up kar sakte he
Can we use 4 motor on it for motor car
If my motor is working on 12 v then 5v is necessary or not?
How can I use same time 50motor in using one sirkit
Great teaching ,thanks alot
I am using 9V battery to test the module the motors are running fine without the module but as soon as I give the Input pins (1,2,3,4) high then nothing happens so Is my L298 defective. Please help me out!!!!
clear explanation, teacher! thank you
Thank you ma'am it's very useful
its amazing explanation thanku
can i use standard 9v battery reply fast pls......
Hie mam it was wonderful tutorial I am using 2 batteries 9 volts but it is not following the programm it doesn't run anti clockwise
I am using 3*18650(12.6) volt Do I have to open the jumper wire?
lady is so sweet her voice is like melody and you understand everything
Well Explained, nice video, I m using a 5v power bank as power supply, can I use it to power the motors, if yes where should I connect the +5v, the 7-35v pin or the 5v output pin
Power Bank => (+ve) terminal to lm298n's 12v (+ve) terminal and
Ground (-ve) should be common for both arduino and the shield you are using.
Lm298n => (+5v) terminal i.e Output 5V to (Vin) pin which is beside A0 pin on arduino.
Gnd Should be common on both power supply and arduino,
So just connect the power supply's GND to Shiels's GND and Arduino's GND pins
Interesting video. However, I noticed one motor was rotating from the code in the link, how can this be fixed so that both motors can rotate simultaneously ? Thank you!
I'm also stuck at the same thing...
I'm trying to verify the prob... nd one thing I noticed... the pin config of one of the motors is wrong in the given code....
The first two lines of the given code doesn't match with the description...
Thanks for your Tot, It was very good.
amr zakaria yea you are corect amr sir
Can we use 12v 20ah Battery ?
Should I still use a common ground if my motor voltage is different than my 5v logic circuit?
yes connecting them both to the same ground means that the reference voltages should be the same, so the 5 volt output from the motor driver will be the same as the 5 volt output from the arduino so the logic levels are taken from the same reference point
Which code u applied
thanks, very helpful!
Thanks for this video
I am stuck with self balancing robot motors not working kindly help.
THANKS A LOT. Very nice and clear. Perfect voice by the way!!!!!!
from where we buy cheapest ardiuno
How would I be able to control the position of a dc motor?
Does the 12 volt input on the driver need to have 12 volts for the motors to work? If I have less than 12 volts will the motors run slower or will the arduino not receive 5 volts?
Minimum 6v is required for the driver.
what happens if both inputs of motor 1 are high?
very much helpful (thanku)
Dear respected brother,
I am beginniner to use Arduino, sir i upload built-in led blink example sketch to Arduino uno and pro mini, both are blinking well, then I upload empty sketch to clear example code, system shows message that sketch upload done 100 %, but both boards runs previously blink example code. I tried to different systems (PC, Laptop, mobile) to clean an upload new sketch, but results are same, where I mistaken i don't understand. Pls help me to solve if you interested.
can i use this module with a pwm ouput for positional accuracy? basically, can i turn my gearbox DC motor into a servo?
Probably not
